Denise Negron got back to me right away and did a walk-thru of the mobile home and gave me a quote for cleaning out all the remaining contents, hauling it to the dump, a deep cleaning of the interior, a clean sweep of the deck, window washing and carpet cleaning. It turned out to be an even bigger job than she estimated (even with her 40 years of experience) because she found that things on the walls and floors had been stapled, bolted, and glued down and were very difficult to remove. But she and her team worked long hours and got it all done and ready for sale. She didn't add on to the price, even though it took her longer than she estimated, but you can be sure I gave her a good tip on top of her quote to help compensate her for her efforts. The next day, the office called not to fix the issue, but to request more money to come back--completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked basic questions for clarification, the intake representative (who identified herself as the owner's daughter) became defensive and rude, accusing me of "pushing back" when I was simply trying to understand the situation. I ended up getting a second opinion from another HVAC company, and they confirmed the leak was minor, easy to fix, and covered under the same warranty--with no additional charges, including a full refrigerant top-off. This company is dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding them and always getting a second opinion.

After a while, it started to shut off unexpectedly.  Repeatedly.  Then the excuses started.  There is a bubble in your supply line (disproven by time). The plumber is in the hospital, we can't help you.  Most recently, we have a second person now...and then two days later, we don't travel that far anymore, we won't help you, we're canceling your appointment.
