Jesse responded promptly along with a few other companies. While they mentioned not doing the other works since they specialise in roof jobs, we decided to give the Solar Panel cleaning to them. He came punctually, was thorough with his job, we also asked him if he could add to his services the blowing of the leaves etc. from the roof which he promptly agreed to (we also agreed for a separate fee for the added work). He responded to my initial request for an estimate within 24 hours, communicated clearly throughout the process, and arrived exactly when he said he would. What stood out most was Mike's commitment to doing the job correctly. On the day of installation, he had his materials ready when he noticed flaws in them. Rather than trying to make them work or moving forward with substandard materials, he stopped, contacted me, explained the situation, and ordered new materials. That decision demonstrated his honesty, integrity, and dedication to quality. Mike's time management, work ethic, and attention to detail were excellent. He completed the project as proposed and never cut corners. He even went above and beyond by patching a large hole left behind by roofers who had previously removed the gutter from my garage wall and failed to repair the damage. Mike provides everything you hope for when hiring a contractor: excellent communication, professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship, and a genuine commitment to doing things right. His proposal was thorough, his pricing was fair, and the entire experience was exceptional. I would gladly work with Mike and Crown Gutters again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of gutter work.
