Joe himself came out and took the time to go through the entire couch by hand with the upholstery tool and transformed the colors of it and completely eliminated the mild odor and the molds that were on small parts of it. He also used some special enzymes that help kill some of those germs as well as post-treat the entire couch to ensure both any mild smells and the molds themselves were gone. When I called about the missed spots, I was told it was "permanent damage." However, a pet stain remover I bought on Amazon removed it in one spray. Second, their cleaning method seemed to spread the urine -- the smell transferred to clean cushions that had never been soiled and should not have been cleaned. Third, they completely missed cleaning the inside of the cushion. Had they unzipped it, they would have seen it's made of three layers, with urine pooled on top of the center foam layer. This was left untouched and continued to smell. Their cleaning method was only on the surface and was not a deep clean. Had they unzipped the cushion, they would've been able to easily clean it. Finally, they placed the cushions on our dining room chairs and an expensive gaming chair, leaving a permanent residue and odor on the chair while also staining some of the pillows. You can see a picture of the pillow stain and the residue on the chair with a side comparison of an unused chair. Scratches are on the chair that they did not use / touch. I am referring to the white film / water damage. In the end, they spread the smell to 2 pillows that didn't need cleaning and three chairs that now smell like cat urine. I notified the cleaner who came out, and after acknowledging the issue, he stopped responding. When you hire a professional cleaning company, you expect a thorough job, knowledge of proper deep-cleaning techniques, and awareness of how cleaning products react with cat urine... Not making the problem worse. This experience fell far short.

Their service was impeccable; Josh texted before he arrived and arrived on time. He was kind and quick, making sure to explain the process. My area rug and couch cushion, where my dog likes to sit, came out SO clean and smelling fresh. I was in a cleaning spree in anticipation of baby to arrive and this was the last piece I needed so I could feel like I could welcome baby. The price was absolutely reasonable and the service was quick. I am so impressed! The part that really astounded me though was their personal touch. I scheduled the rug cleaning while 9 months pregnant and needed to reschedule it because baby came the day before the appointment. They rescheduled quick and easy- no hassle- for the next week. In the next few days I had a brand new baby and a package arrived. Mama Bear (Cheryl) heard about my rescheduling due to baby and she sent me a baby gift - handprint and footprint keepsake - and some scar bandages for me for my C section. I couldn't believe a business that I had - yet - to do business with sent me such a thoughtful gift. What an AMAZING personal touch. I am completely floored!
