Where should I begin. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONTACT THEM.
1) it was three women, two of which did not speak barely any English (I don't care about that), the third was the translator. I told her what I wanted done (if you move something to clean please put it back. Problem #1 that did not happen.
I live in a 3 bed 2 bath apt home.
2) I requested they didn't touch anything in my room just to vacuum and dust. Problem #2 even though the girl touching my stuff and folding it causing me to clean that area, she didn't listen to my request.
3) the girl who did the bathrooms, problem #3 after she cleaned there were multiple areas on the counter that were wet, almost as if she didn't even try to wipe it up. It looked sloppy.
4) when the girl sprayed oven cleaner she got some on the cabinets. When I asked if she was done in the kitchen minus the floors she said yes, problem #4 if I can see there is residue that's a problem. I started to wipe it up and left it. This morning the residue was obvious white. If you're going to spray to clean something please clean up after. She also left trash in the counter and seemed to have attitude when I mentioned it saying she would take care of it and did not touch it afterwards. I had to finish cleaning after they left. Wipe the bathroom counter dry and throw the trash away on the kitchen counters and clean off the easy off over spray from the cabinets.
5) One girl knocked over picture which no idea how that happened but laughed and said sorry, problem #5 why would you laugh after knocking over someone else's person belongings.
6) they quoted $215 or $250 flat rate (can't remember exactly), then said $450 to my mom for a deep cleaning which we needed but then changed the price from $406 to $386 because we were going to pay by Zelle. They charge $20 extra for credit card. Since Zelle is like cash they "gave us" a $20 credit. Not sure how they determine the rate when we were quoted so many different options. My mom ended up paying $406 because she didn't know about the $20 off. The owner did not tell my mom, when I told her to speak with my mom about the payment. They didn't even tell my mom she overpaid and did not give her the $20 back. Not surprisingly but unprofessional in my mind.
We only went with them because we thought our old house cleaners started charging too much. Turns out they were the least expensive and did a better job. We're definitely going back to our old cleaners. We also went with this company because we needed a cleaning and couldn't get in touch with anyone else.
After these ladies left, I messaged the old house cleaners because I was not happy with the service we had just had. Thankfully our old house cleaners are coming back.
Please do your research because choosing them. I would not recommend them. They also should be professional enough to give the $20 back. For the principle of the matter. 1) quoting too many different options 2) allowing my mom to overpay when she had no idea until after and only because I mentioned. You only paid $386 right? The $20 off for paying with Zelle and she said no the girl quoted me $406. Wtf?! Why would they give so many different quotes and then tell us two different prices.
We only went this company because the reviews were amazing. We definitely did not have the same service.
Unfortunately I have had to edit this review because of remembering numerous things, there are more but I'm sure anyone who reads this gets the idea. I don't post unless really good or really bad. It's that simple.
Not worth the cost. Maybe even give back the money you were overpaid. Thanks
After I posted my review, the owners contacted me and provided me a partial refund. It was appreciated but does not make up for what happened. I still stand by all the problems outlined up above. read more
