When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! Overall, very quick responses, very nice, and very good job!

They showed up yesterday and said it would take three people to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. So they said they needed to reschedule the next day. A no show. The apartment is empty except for a few items in the fridge. Do not hire them!

Although they are busy, they will schedule you in. In our case we had less than a week before moving. They said they were booked the rest of the MONTH but would take time to find a way to squeeze us in. So we ended our talk and not long later she called us back with the excellent news. They are very competitive on pricing, and really they are probably the cheapest out there. Im hesitant to say the cheapest because all you yelpers will think, "well if they charge cheap they do cheap work..." NOT AT ALL. If they are busy and wind up leaving a message, get on yelp and leave them a message. Why are you still wanting to read more reviews. Just book these guys already! They take their time. My husband and I just completed renovation of our forever home and researched cleaners on Yelp for…read morea post construction clean. We interviewed 4 cleaners. We really liked Ingrid and Jesse the most from our in person interview, and hired them despite being close to double the price of the next lower bid because we had hoped to have them as our long term house cleaners. They came and cleaned the house doing a decent clean as if it were a general home clean but they did not do a thorough post-construction clean, which was clearly what they had estimated for. After the clean, there were tape residues left throughout the house on tile floors and counter tops (some shown below are more visible because of subsequent dirt accumulation). There were grout residues on most tile surfaces. And, several other small cleaning details were overlooked that shouldn't have been. As busy as we were during the move, I didn't address this until I received the invoice a month later. I sent an email to Ingrid over 3 weeks ago about our disappointment in their services and followed up with a text, and I still have not received follow-up. I can't recommend their services to anyone.

I needed her services because my Mom had recently passed and my condo needed some serious cleaning TLC! She sent a crew as proposed, however the scope of the cleaning project changed somewhat. Her site manager, Zenon, was wonderful at asking questions and being very thorough as we walked through my home. He offered additional suggestions where appropriate and listened to my needs. He was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, showing incredible attention to detail with each new room we walked. Zenon reported back to Ingrid the small changes that he recommended based upon now being in the space, and Ingrid communicated back to me that everything was good to go. The team of three men worked hard the entire time. There was no down time - I could hear vacuuming and mopping and activity going on continuously. They were very careful with my personal belongings and respectful of my home at all times. I plan to use them for my regular cleaning needs monthly and for a future additional deep clean in about two or three months from now. Their customer service has earned my ultimate trust 100%. The total final cost came in at the lower end of Ingrid's estimated quote, and although I did not necessarily expect that, it was a pleasant surprise. Zenon also shared that they can move/haul away unwanted items. I know I will need their services in this area too at some point in the next year. One last thing: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Read that again. There is no discount when it comes to certain things, and I believe housekeeping is one of those things! If you are trusting professionals to do a good job, not break or damage your things, and wanting them to not use cheap chemicals on your personal belongings and in your home, you need to pay for it. The price I paid was the amount of my budget I had hoped to spend. Don't cut corners when it comes to this! I cannot stress this enough.

Cleaner "John"…read morewith long hair, was one hour late, which we were actually completely fine with as we both had the day off but ultimately he did a terrible job. He walked back and forth between kitchen and small bathroom over and over for no reason (the only two rooms to be cleaned) and after one hour, said he was done with the bathroom. It looked like he took a Clorox wipe to the surface and mopped water. You couldnt even smell cleaners. He started grumbling about doing the kitchen which had nothing on floors, in oven, in sink etc saying it was a big job and I said well can't you do floors, oven, microwave, sinks as promised? He just stared at the microwave as if it was a big deal. I mean, you're a cleaner. His total lack of professionalism and lack of a quality job, he was very very slow moving, arriving, his total demeanor was lame and lazy. When reported (and sent pics) to owner, owner did not even apologize for our time wasted, showing up late or the terrible job. We had this "cleaner" leave early after only one hour bc I couldn't imagine what he would do in the next two hours on my wallet and the result wouldn't even be worth having him in my grandmas home.
