I called some other businesses and let them know I was running comps. Ramiro, the business owner of pro Clean was my last call. Even across the phone line, I trusted him. Simple as that. He indicated they all have about the same competitive prices. He quoted me a little bit higher than another business. I asked him to meet the price of his competitor and I would go with him. He did. Even though it's the holiday season he was able to come within a few days. He communicated with me about the time to expect him and even called to let me know he was running a little late from his previous customer. I was working at the time, so I asked a relative to house sit for me. I questioned them about his service and they said, nice, professional, and fast. No upsells. The price quoted was the price paid. My carpet is clean again. I'm happy and will definitely hire Ramiro and Pro Clean again in the future.

I didn't know if all the stains would come out. From the get go, Steve showed me areas where the fabric was worn and the stain would probably not come out completely. I love that he was up front about that. But he really worked on those stains and almost completely got everything to come out! The before and after pictures don't do this review justice. The couch was filthy. The after pictures are with the couch still drying so there are some vacuum marks that will clear up, but I couldn't wait to post this review! I'm ecstatic!!! Love how clean my couch is now!!! I also bought an upholstered headboard at the outlet and it was also filthy. He got all the stains out of that one too! It's still wet so I don't have a pic of it yet. And I forgot to take before pictures. When Steve was done, he made sure I carefully inspected and was completely satisfied with the results. He's also just such a sweet and friendly guy, too! We had a great chat! This was my first time using a professional upholstery cleaning company, but it won't be my last! I'm now excited to buy more upholstered items so Steve can clean them. Lol. I highly recommend Ace Cleaning!
