Updating my review since I found another cleaning company that provides a better deep clean. I…read moreinitially had nothing to compare to Pristine since I've never had a professional housecleaning before. But now I can compare their work with another competitor in the area. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work. Overall, I still feel like the price is appropriate for the service provided. This company will still be in my rotation, but just not for my idea of "spring cleaning".

By that point, my wife and I had already cleaned the areas ourselves, so we no longer needed the re-cleaning service. Her willingness to work with us and provide a partial refund was appreciated.

As a veteran, full-time college student, and single father to a three-year-old daughter, keeping a…read moreconsistently clean and organized home is a real challenge. Jazmin's Cleaning Service went well beyond a standard cleaning and made a noticeable difference in both the look and the feel of my apartment. Jazmin and her team brought a level of attention to detail that I can only describe as military-grade. Every surface, corner, and often-overlooked area was handled with care and precision. What stood out even more was the thoughtful "woman's touch" they added. The space didn't just look clean--it looked more put-together and professional. They also took the extra step of rearranging my daughter's toys, playhouses, and bathroom toys into a neat, inviting setup. Coming home to that small, thoughtful gesture meant a lot. It showed they weren't just cleaning a house; they were paying attention to the people who live in it. I highly recommend Jazmin's Cleaning Service to anyone who wants more than a basic clean--especially busy parents, students, or anyone who values reliability and genuine care. I'll be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our water is so hard, and our matte black and brass fixtures and glass shower walls were covered in build up. Jazmin was super responsive, which made her stick out immediately, and she really knew how to treat our issues. She warned us that removing the build up could damage the delicate fixtures, and we were fine with that. Two hours after she and her partner came in, our bathrooms looked better than when we moved in. Omg I would eat off these fixtures. Spotless. They were also so sweet to our nosy animals, and we appreciate that. Definitely hiring them again, and they'll be our go-to after any parties we host. You can stop your search, hire Jazmin and her team!

Wanted to Give Them a Chance, But the Booking Process Was Too Confusing…read more I really wanted to give Molly Maid of Long Beach a chance because they have good reviews, but unfortunately the booking process and communication were way too confusing. I originally booked online and received a confirmation email for Tuesday the 25th from 8-12. After that, a very nice lady called me and explained that the time would actually be 12-5 instead and that someone would call me again to confirm when they would be coming. Okay, no problem. Then after that phone call, I received ANOTHER email saying my appointment was all set for Wednesday, August 26th?? At that point I genuinely had no idea what day or time my cleaning was supposed to be. I tried calling Molly Maid of Long Beach three times after they opened and couldn't get through to anyone. What confused me even more was receiving a message at 5:42 PM asking me to call back to confirm my booking, when their listed office hours are 8-5. By then, no one was available to take my call or respond through Yelp because it was already past their office hours. Their AI chat is actually pretty cool and responsive, but unfortunately that was pretty much the only consistent communication I had with the company. For a house cleaning service where you're scheduling people to come into your home, I personally need clearer communication with an actual person, especially when the appointment date and time keep changing. Molly Maid of Long Beach seems to have plenty of good reviews, and I honestly would have loved to try their cleaning service. I can't speak on the quality of their actual cleaning because we never got that far. My experience is strictly with the booking and customer service process. Please work on the follow-ups and confirmation emails you guys send. Going from Tuesday 8-12, to Tuesday 12-5, and then somehow to Wednesday, while not being able to reach anyone, was just too confusing for me to feel comfortable moving forward.
