The environment itself also needs improvement -- there are a lot of people coming and going, some just hanging around, and it doesn't feel particularly welcoming or organized. I called and the manager told me that a few pounds isnt a big deal and i have to trust them and accept it. - i asked that only my 5xl shirts be hang dry but my wife's shirts didnt need to be. I had 5 shirts but in the end they charged me for 12 shirts because they did mine and hers hang dry. When i mentioned it again they said it is not their job to pay attention to the details and i should be thankful that they washed and folded my clothes. - $2lb is the most expensive place locally but this had good reviews so i thought it would be worth it but it was mediocre service. Overall it was nice having someone do my wash and folded but not with the overcharging and underwhelming service. I will be looking elsewhere.

Came back and everything was perfectly folded into bags separated by family member. Everything was clean and everything smelled fresh. I've been doing my own laundry since I was 10 and I could only wish these guys were closer. I would use them every week.
