I've tried a few of the other laundromats in the area and this one thus far is the best. Each time I've gone it was smooth and always ready in a real timely manner. My guess is because it isn't as popular as the others and a bit off the beaten path so to speak which is fine by me. My latest visit I dropped off at 7:45 AM and it was ready by 2 pm, way fast than other times. On top of these the folding and packing is just perfect. Everything is always nicely presented in these large plastic bags that I like to reuse. I also like how there is never any issue with them accepting card payment. They use a clover handheld device. My preffered laundromat and suggest it if you're needing to wash clothes and be a bit more low key while doing it.

I have visited this business for the past 2 months. However, today, 11/4 he yelled and cursed at the customers about leaving their dryers and washers unattended. He typically speaks loud enough for everyone to hear him, and its ok, but today was yelling and cursing. I politely pulled him aside as he was pushing a cart and said "I don't think you need to yell and curse at people like that especially while children are present." And he TOTALLY IGNORED me. Then he proceeded to brag to another patron how he ignored me. Prior to this he moved a woman's purse she left on the table and hid it behind the counter, jokingly. But the husband and wife did not find this funny at all. And he "assigned" dryers despite who is waiting! I was standing by a dryer and he called someone to take it. I could not believe it. I saw this done to a woman weeks ago and I thought maybe I didn't see the whole picture. No, I saw correctly! I will not be returning as this is unacceptable behavior. Mind you he is white and all the customers are either African America like myself or hispanic. People should not accept this type of behavior. Im sure if I were a white woman he would have been much more respectful and apologetic. It's not about race, but it is!!! The owner manager needs to address his behavior.
