I've scheduled a pickup and I'm excited to see how everything turns out! *** I called a few days ago to do the pickup/delivery service everyone talks about and the man who answered said "no they don't do that." However, I ended up messaging here on yelp since I did see so many reviews about it! The told me to call to setup an account for pickup/delivery. I called again today and when I asked to set up an account, the man hung up the phone on me. I'm disappointed because I was really excited to try out the pickup/delivery service everyone is raving about! However, it looks like I won't be able to.

How is there not a way to give a -10 review on this platform, because Load Laundry truly deserves…read moreit! After so much time has passed, LOAD is still claiming they are correct in BLAMING ME for delivering my laundry to the WRONG DOOR which resulted it in being stolen. Not only is it NOT LEGALLY my building's fault ( Or mine) since my agreement was with LOAD (not my building) to ensure my laundry was delivered to MY DOOR, not a door NEAR MINE OR A DOOR THAT LOOKED LIKE MINE. Customers DO NOT have to take my review to be true. My original review is still up and has screen shots of how they asked me change my review if they compensated me for THIER ERROR. All future prospective customers have to do is look at 99% of all of their other reviews to see how awful they are. Also, I never got a full refund for the cost of my belongings, I received a portion of what my belongings were valued at. Bottom line: If you value your clothes, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. Buyer beware, this place is unethical and will continue to bother you for months. To make certain they stop, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them. That should finally and hopefully put this issue to rest. Also, I use RINSE now and they are prompt, arrive when promised and have not lost a single item once and offer free bags if you don't reach their weight level. If you want GREAT and TRUSTWORTHY service, call RINSE! Load is just that, " A LOAD of you know what".

Josh and Champion Cleaners deserve all the applause for excellent service. I don't hand out stars…read morein my reviews, but when quality service is rendered, I do not mind and gladly rate Champion Cleaners so very highly for doing all the little and big things right. I don't know if anyone is paying attention, but quality and quality service is lacking these days. It's easier and often of less cost in the short run to take short cuts at the expense of customer loyalty and sense of receiving the best of treatment from a person and business you may rarely see in this age of pickup and delivery. If you're reading this all the way through, good on you and better for you. I can confidently state Champion Cleaners is a service you can count on to pickup and deliver as if you know Josh and his business as a brick and mortar. Understand what that means in this day and age. Understand you will be a loyal customer of Champion Cleaners without question. How often can one state that these days...? Let me give you my most recent example. I have a white Guayabera all linen long sleeve shirt with the vertical pleats on the front, the kind you can wear to church, to weddings, to fine dining, and on important dates. Now then let that shirt be unknowingly stained in multiple places on each sleeve by a dark and tarry mushroom supplement you take. You think, "this shirt is ruined on the first wear." Not so quick with Josh and Champion Cleaners. I texted Josh and told him of the challenge to clean this shirt. He replied, "we'll do our best." Their best at Champion Cleaners was well up to the job and I texted Josh that perhaps he heard the applause coming from my direction in the still of the early morning in the City. Josh and Champion Cleaners can save you money and save your garments. Five stars!
