When they finally showed up, I'm sure they could tell that I was not happy! The guy (AJ) apologized profusely and explained the reason for their delay. He then said that he would make it up to me. I explained to them that their delay could in no way delay me for my appointment, so whatever they they needed to do would have to be done quickly! I have light carpet. Although I do my best to remove my shoes, high traffic areas are extremely visible with light carpet. Not to mention, my carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned for over a year!!! Don't judge me! Well these guys cleaned, cleaned some more, and deodorized my rooms. It was one of the best cleanings, I've had! I was so pleased with the results that I'm extending grace, this time, and giving them a 5 start rating. They were quick, efficient, and I was able to make it to my appointment on time!
