I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

Deniece was able to help me out the very next day which was such a shock because, other companies wouldn't have been able to come out until next week. The ceiling fans were dusted completely and all carpets vacuumed to remove all dust. Two bathrooms sanitized and mopped along with all tiled floors. The kitchen cabinets were all wiped down, the oven cleaned and stove top. She offered to clean the refrigerator, but I declined because of many left overs that had to be discarded. The house was dust free and smelled very fresh. My daughter who has allergies to dust was fine when she visited for a few days. The cleaning lady was very professional and personable.
