Of the quotes I got back, H Town Steam was the most competitive. I didn't end up booking at the time, but circled back a few days ago and asked them to confirm the pricing from before. They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep. He called management on the spot and got it corrected immediately. Great first experience overall -- I'll definitely use them again.

Daniel is very amiable, communicative, prompt and professional. He explained everything, and the whole appointment for my master bedroom and stairs was super quick!! Less time than he quoted. He is also an animal lover, so he was good with my pets (the culprit of my carpet appt.). He also gave me some extra deodorizer spray that he had leftover so I may spray some more if desired later. My carpet was clean, deoderized -- most importantly dissendected --- and practically dry by the time he left! He has a great attitude, was quick, efficient, and friendly. I was in the market to have my outdoor stone tiles deep cleaned -- no matter how much I mopped,…read morethey always looked dirty. That's when I came across The Carpet Alchemist. Tevin Freese, the founder and CEO, personally reached out to me about the project, and I'm so glad he did. We had originally scheduled a time between 12:30-1:00 PM, but Tevin proactively called to see if he could come earlier. I couldn't be there in person right away, but I explained the job over the phone, and he and his assistant got started without missing a beat. After about an hour of work, Tevin noticed a haziness still lingering on the tiles and told me he wasn't satisfied with the results yet. He offered to run to Home Depot to get additional supplies, including an impregnating sealer specifically for natural stone -- something I hadn't even considered. His commitment to doing the job right was clear. By 2 PM, the difference was night and day. The tiles looked clean -- not just on the surface, but deep into the stone. I paid via Venmo, and the team wrapped up professionally. I highly recommend Tevin and The Carpet Alchemist for anyone needing tile cleaning -- especially if you have natural stone that needs specialized care. The knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail were top-notch.
