The workers had no idea about it because I did ask Graciela for it to check off what was done so she could see what was left to do. There was so much left incomplete. I'm a janitor's daughter. His supervisors had check lists & the employees had to make sure all was done before they left for the night. The amount I paid for a 1/1 move out clean should have left it perfect. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim. Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those. The most expensive cleaning. They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.

They came out with two maids and did an OK job. Later on thought, we noticed that they had missed a lot of stuff. I wrote an email to the company and within an hour, the owner of the company and his wife had contacted me apologizing profusely promising to rectify the situation. The next day, the owner, his wife and the crew came out to my house and really did a spectacular job. They really paid attention to cleaning outside the cabinets, our shutters, blinds and floors. On that day, no one came. My usual reminder email 2 days before didnt come either. I thought well, they wont charge me when they didnt come... the charge posted. So i thought, i'll call them. It was sunday and i went to find there website. Their website is one of the things i liked about them so i could manage my bookings easily. Well the website was down that weekend. I thought they went out of business or something.... I filed a dispute. $160 is not nothing and im not paying my bill if i didnt receive the service.... I followed up a few days later and the website was back. I called and left a detailed message on 10/17 about what i was dealing with. Jill texted me back about contacting me... but never called me back. Now its a few months later and we're still fighting over the dispute and the credit card investigates. I wouldnt be leaving this terrible review if you had just told me why you canceled my booking and rescheduled me. I wouldve been a regular customer... PS dont leave any important papers out. Our car registration disappeared after a cleaning... it was just out on the kitchen table. Im not staying they took it, but no one else was in the house. They did refund my money, but it caused me some stress since this cleaning appointment was for my upcoming listing photography.
