My family and I have used Cleaners Outlet since for 10+ years for various things. I've had a prom dress altered here, dress pants hemmed and dry cleaned, as well as other articles of clothing. I haven't been in a while but when I needed 5 pairs of athletic pants hemmed and 3 pairs of jeans taken in, I decided to stop in because I know they've always been reliable in the past. Normally, it's a man working but when I came in there were two very nice girls. I was able to try my pants on and have the seamstress pin where they needed to be taken in or shortened. After each pair she asked me if I was happy with how they were sitting or they felt which I thought was nice. Because I had so many pairs of pants I thought it was going to be at least a week before I'd have to come pick them up. They told me to come back 2 days later which I was surprised at. I went to pick them up today, the same two girls were working and again, were very sweet to interact with. I got my pants, came home and tried all of them on. I'm happy with all of the pairs of pants except for one that I had taken in to fit tighter. The seems are just slightly off but it's probably not that noticeable unless you're looking for it. Not the biggest deal but still a little disappointing, but it won't stop me from coming here since they're so close and they do a nice job. For each pair of pants it was $15 to hem, and $20 to get taken in. read more

If I can give them a NEGATIVE rating I definitely would!!!!!!!!! The woman whom is the seamstress in this place is absolutely rude, unprofessional, irate and completely uncalled for!!!!! I had two jackets one needed cleaning the other one needed a new zipper. Less than two weeks later the zipper broke and she's yelling and screaming at me and cursing at me telling me it's my fault that I broke it. Are you seriously kidding me. She has got a lot of nerve and a lot of audacity!!!! Save your money do not go there they are a complete joke. How on earth do they run their business like this??? I have been coming here since it was the only cleaners in this part of Oswego, we have used them for everything, basic clothing, comforters, my wedding dress hemming and pressing numerous bride maid dress alterations and who knows what in between! If you need something done that requires a real seamstress check them out, prices are fair but competitive but definitely cheaper than tide next door! read more

Been going for 5 yrs and I wd take clothes and jackets and comforters. Loyal customer even with competition next door. They do alterations but they contract it out and if they don't give correct info and your garment comes back not fitting correctly you have to pay again! Total rip off! Never will go back again. They don't realize ppl won't complain all the time , they just go to another cleaners. read more

I have been a loyal customer at this location since the day that they opened their doors and made several referrals to friends and family to use them as their cleaners of choice. I trusted them with my clothes. And stayed loyal to them. On Saturday Dec 20th, 2014 I drooped off a few items for cleaning and returned to picked them up on Monday Dec 22nd and on the morning of Tuesday Dec 23rd when I open the plastic cover I notice that my wool jacket had shrunk to about 3/4 of its original size. I contacted the cleaners immediately and also made several trips to the outlet to get them to correct this issue as this jacket was purchased about a years and a half ago and Cleaner Outlet was the only place that I have ever had touched it for cleaning. I was told after they tried stretching the jacket :) that she could only give me $35 worth in store credit ?? This for a jacket that I initially paid $295 for and even with depreciation cost that was a slap in my face. At that point the cleaners took the stand that they were no longer owing this error. I am truly disappointed at the way this was handled and have no intentions of doing or recommending any future business to this establishment. read more

I stopped going to this cleaners when Tide opened. Granted they are cheaper and dry cleaning and shirt cleaning is a big question mark???? The thing that killed me is when I would bring my clothes in and the owners kid son would be sitting on his computer and didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting for service. He then proceeded after playing his computer game didn't say hello but just how many pants how many shirts. This guy did this to me serveral times. I averaged about $200 a month cleaning...good luck Owners were no better. Then they charge you to replace buttons they destroy themselves. What??? read more

I have come here many times. The last time I received two shirts back with cuts in the arms, same spot. Took them back and was basically told to bad. I will never go back to this place. Can't wait for the tide cleaner to open up. read more

Worst place even. If you like your cloths I wouldn't go to this place. Took my husbands new shirt in to be pressed and got it back with bleach marks all over it. The owner tried to blame my husband. They wouldn't refund us the cost of the shirt. He didn't even get to wear it. read more

I had been using this cleaners since it opened. It's close to the house and that's the only reason why I had stayed with it. But as of December 2014 I stopped going. My first major complaint is the woman owner, always crabby never a smile on her face or a thank you. Second , I had brought in a small rug to be cleaned and it came back with the same dirt spot. Never was cleaned! ( I cleaned it my self). I also had dropped off some shirts to be cleaned on a day when the crabby owner was there and seemed very flustered, I had prepayed the $6 and when she took it she was having a problem with her register and told me not to worry about the receipt that she would fix it too show that I had paid. Later that week I went back to pick up my clothes And she told me that I owed her money!!!?? I told her what had happened that day and she denied it . I told her that I had payed and have always PREPAID when I go there and she told me that she let me slide this time. I will NEVER return to this cleaners!!! Don't take your clothes here unless you are okay with them getting ruined. I had pants and a shirt destroyed and when I confronted the owner she would not take any resonsibility and refused to credit or reimburse me for either item. Do not trust, go elsewhere!!!!! read more

This used to be my 'go to' place, very nice lady decent service. But this past week I took a VERY expensive comforter there to be cleaned and I got it home and the ENTIRE top seam was hanging open!! They folded it up and put it in a plastic bag and sent me on my way without saying a word!! Not to mention she was trying to charge me to fix it!! I just didn't feel this was very good customer service. If I wanted to ruin my comforter I would've put it in my own washer and dryer. read more
