My wife and I recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the vents were clean for us and our young daughter. After calling one of the larger national vent cleaning companies and realizing they were only there to up-sell me, I called Ed. He drove over 60 miles to our home and still managed to be on time despite terrible rush hour traffic surrounding our house. After inspecting our vents, he said the previous owners must've had them cleaned recently. Then he said something truly amazing. Getting them cleaned again now would be a waste of money. The national company that came to our house previously said we needed to have the vents cleaned immediately and provided us a $1,100 quote. Ed's willingness to travel all the way out to us, his honesty, fair pricing, and tips about what to look for in maintaining the system make his company an easy choice over the other larger corporate options. edward is a professional vent cleaner who takes advantage of the vulnerable customer including women. he cleans vents but didn't tell me what my options are if the vent is completely broken or clogged. his job is to clean a brand new clean vent. absolutely moronic. he is defensive, whiney, rude, and cries about driving long distances. never will hire him again. i hired him because he was the lowest priced, and i see why now..... takes advantage. he turns the fault of his crappy work on the customer. out to make a quick buck by lieing. becareful of these types of businesses. you are a fraud. don't turn your lies and faults on the customer. you were not going to do anything for free. even if you did, i would never hire you again. read more

Edward has helped us with our dryer vents and the vents/duct work throughout our home. He is always professional and honest. This last visit from him resulted from us wanting to clear out our vents/duct work after getting new hardwood floors placed on both levels of our home. When I asked him if we "needed" to get it done, he was honest about if his services would be necessary. He didn't try to sell us work that we may not need. He gave us the cost estimate over the phone and his rates were more than fair. He let us know that we could decline his services even after he drives all the way to our home (about an hour one-way) and prices the project. We recently moved to area from different state and wanted to clean out the vents of a home we bought. I looked online and made a few calls. Several mentioned about coming out for an estimate. When I called this company, after a few questions about my home and # of vents. I was given a price and he said that would be the total price. He came out and was on time, very courteous and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained what he was going to do and went to work. He had a very pleasant demeanor. He appeared to do exactly what he said he was going to do and the price was actually a little less than what he originally quoted after further examine of the vents. Very professional. The owner Ed, knows exactly how to perform the work needed and answered all of my questions accurately and professionally. With 3 big dogs in my house, I was happy that the entire HVAC system was cleaned completely. Ed took before and after pictures of every vent ductwork run and less say the least, I needed the ductwork cleaned. Also, Ed cleaned my dryer exhaust ductwork as well and I watched all that dryer lint come out of the ductwork. Extremely happy this was done, I don't need a dryer fire (due to not having the ductwork cleaned) at my house. Highly recommend this company for cleaning your entire HVAC system in your home. Although I didn't have my dryer vent cleaned, as planned, I was extremely impressed by Ed's integrity in explaining that the probable cause of my vent not working was the wrong-sized hose. He let me know that cleaning the vent most likely wouldn't help solve the problem of the dryer not drying properly. He even took the time to investigate the connection of the hose to the exterior vent. Once the dryer is up and running with a properly-sized hose, I plan to look to Ed to keep it clean. read more

This guy refuses to leave until all is fixed. He cleaned all ducts and vents in home, save the dryer line for last. For some reason, my check vent light wont go off when we reconnect the exhaust line.. so he is still here 2 and a half hours later working in this dryer line.. I would recommend him to anyone and will MOST CERTAINLY be using him again.. THIS is how you do a good job and satisfy a customer.. Job well done! read more
