We called another company to come out, it was obviously shortly after that the issue was not resolved, so we called Zack-Vac for a second look/opinion. They arrived when they said, the team went to each and every vent and took a picture before cleaning and then after- sharing as they went along. They were able to determine that the other company only cleaned about half the vents- the rest were pretty much untouched. They didn't seal a couple of vents properly and some of the material from the ducts blew out all over our furniture. When I showed the crew, they snickered and said they'd clean it up, which they did not. I had to hire a professional upholstery cleaner to come in and clean the furniture. Air Wiz was terrilbe and their management is non responsive.
