Wearing shoe coverings, which I REALLY appreciate, he took the drain apart through the access panel in the ceiling below, cleaned all the existing components, added plumber's putty, and screwed it all back together. They proceeded to tell me they could not accept the jugs because they are not the "new" style and their vendor is picky about the jugs. I'll gladly drive 30 miles out of my way before I spend almost $200 buying 11 new jugs of water ( with the deposits) I posted a picture of the bottles they refused to accept. I think this place was really just trying to get a big ticket sale with a lot of bottle deposits.
