This shot water into my furnace completly destroying it. this company wants to pay for parts. My furnace was in perfect shape with every check up done since since purchase. Furnace is $5600 replacement. Heating company said parts would be over $3400. yesterday while pulling the heat air unit they found the wire harness fried also and several other parts destroyed that they can not replace. I believe they should take responsibility for their error. As of yet we have no settlement. I expect them to pay for the furnace air unit which they destroyed. It would be the only right thing to do.

I spoke with an employee and explained to them that I have jugs from Michigan and they told me they could accept those as a trade in value. So I came in today with 11 jugs of water. They proceeded to tell me they could not accept the jugs because they are not the "new" style and their vendor is picky about the jugs. I'll gladly drive 30 miles out of my way before I spend almost $200 buying 11 new jugs of water ( with the deposits) I posted a picture of the bottles they refused to accept. I think this place was really just trying to get a big ticket sale with a lot of bottle deposits. I would not recommend using this place and will be going out of my way with a smile to avoid this place. Shady practices
