Wearing shoe coverings, which I REALLY appreciate, he took the drain apart through the access panel in the ceiling below, cleaned all the existing components, added plumber's putty, and screwed it all back together. They set me up with an appointment between 2-5. They called at 3:15 to say he was running late. I thought it was okay after all I am at the front of the line. He didn't show up till after 5 which may not have been his fault but still an issue if I had known he would have been this late I would have reschedule. Didn seem like the front of the line to me. I'll gladly drive 30 miles out of my way before I spend almost $200 buying 11 new jugs of water ( with the deposits) I posted a picture of the bottles they refused to accept. I think this place was really just trying to get a big ticket sale with a lot of bottle deposits.
