Since they became Primo Water, everything has gone downhill. No deliveries, cannot contact customer service. They have too much business a d they cannot service their customers. RUN as fast as you can. read more

We stopped the service after many years with Crystal Springs. Multiple delays and being unable to contact customer service led us to stopping the service. We had to return the dispenser to their warehouse after several missed dates to pick it up. They continue to bill us for the dispenser so we put a stop payment on our credit card. I just want them to go away. read more

I signed up with Mountain Valley and Crystal Springs took them over a few months ago. I received an email at the time welcoming me to Crystal Springs and telling me they would not raise prices without notification (either email or mail). Fast forward 3 months and with zero communication, they raised the price of the spring water from $9.50 to $12.99 without any notification whatsoever. They also completely cleared out my recurring water order with no notification, so had I not logged onto the website our order would have been empty for this month. I absolutely hate Crystal Springs and will be searching for an alternative ASAP. Do NOT use their service. read more

The service used to be great but it has went straight downhill for the past 8 months or so. My deliveries have been late but I was emailed telling me that at least. Today's delivery contained three containers of water that were covered in mud and extreme dust, definitely would not bring these into my home, absolutely filthy and with that being said it makes me wonder about the water inside, how safe and how old is it? This is probably my last time receiving water from them as I will call after posting. I was told it was due to nobody wanting to work and they have very few drivers. Received an email this morning that there was a delivery I did not order. Called 5 times, not kidding. Opted for the bullshit "call back" twice. No call back. Went on Facebook. No ability to air my grievance, so I messaged a customer service rep. Lots of apologies. Gave him my account info and he disappeared. Still cannot get through to Customer service at 7:30 PM EST. I am NOT paying for this delivery Crystal Springs! Get you act together! read more

At this point if I could give them zero I would. After spending 2 hours on hold three times in the last week I came home today to empty bottles again. They make promises they can't keep. I was on a schedule to receive 3 five gallon bottles every two weeks. They changed the app to change orders. This changed me to 1 bottle a month! My last delivery was prior to July 4th. I tried last Monday for water, last Friday, and again today. The rep on the phone says the driver/distributor is cancelling my order. I am beyond angry I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau after I finish this review. No one should have to deal with these shenanigans. The worst customer service I've ever had. The immature little girl who answers the phone sounds miserable every time she answers and treats you as thou you are bothering her by calling. The driver I had first left water on the street instead of bringing them to my door or even inside the building. Then I get a driver who is actually amazing .so I was shocked to when I see the delivery truck and nothing is picked up or delivered. Apparently I forgot got a new debit Card so my payment didn't go thru and instead of calling or having a conversation we just didn't get anything. Mind you my family had COVID and we couldn't go anywhere and relied on this delivery l. The little girl who handles the phone, instead of asking to take my new card info or saying I'm sorry you didn't know that, let's fix this - acted very confused about how to handle a customer Maybe hire people w some problem solving skills and etiquette. read more

I can't even give them a rating the service is so bad they should have one that says zero rating. I had the service for 5-months and only 1x did I get my delivery as scheduled. Excuse after excuse as to why I didn't get it. I finally cancelled my service and do you think my cooler and empty jugs got picked up? No, they didn't. Then they showed up not scheduled early in the morning and the driver proceeded to say he had come by to pick up the Friday before which was a lie. I work from home and can see if the truck had stopped by. I also even sent a text to family members in disbelief that they still couldn't pick up. Then the kicker. The driver said he had COVID that's why he didn't come but yet he's standing at my door picking up?? RUN don't use them!!! read more

This company has given me issues since the start. I used them for 8 months and have to call it quits. They repeatedly miss deliveries, and "don't know how that happened" so your left waiting sometimes weeks for deliveries. Their bottles are VERY cheap, much cheaper than comparable deer park bottles. And this is evidence by 10% of the bottles they deliver are leaking from small holes at the bottom. They did not replace the broken bottles either. I've been charged for water i never recieved. I've asked to speak to a manager 8 times in the last few months, and not a single time did I get to speak to one. They do not care about their customers and I really urge everyone to stay away from this company. read more

ordered water three wks. ago they delivered 3 gallon water and cooler COOLER did not work i called them they credied me for the water brought another replacemrnt cooler it was beat up smoked when plugged in and water would not come out i called and explanded im disablled and needed the cooler asap they tell me another it would be out on tue.no call no show i then said cancel my order they tryed to talk me into keeping at this point im done they had credit me for the 3 waters but now they want the water back dont think so,worst company ever with refurbised coolers with the last cooler they delivered 2 large waters and a little one returning the last 2waters read more

I would give this company a 0 if I could. I signed up at Costco and it seemed like great deal. In hindsight I should have been skeptical of said deal, but I trust Costco. They dropped off the water cooler at my residence and some water, but never sent a bill. I finally asked the guys who dropped the water off about the bill, and they said a lot of people have issues with this and that I'm showing as past due. I call the company's 1-800 #, ask what I owe, and am told a high balance that does not correlate to the contract signed at Costco. After haggling with a supervisor, I get the amount corrected and pay via phone. Then the water quits coming but they leave the cooler. A few months later I randomly check my credit report and see a $375 amount in collections, which turns out to be from this company! This company is incompetent, shady, and I strongly recommend everyone to stay away! read more

I moved earlier this year and have called at least 5 times to get things straightened out. The first time I called was in May to say we would not be in our house starting in mid June and no water should be delivered. My intention was to cancel but the representative talked me into placing my account on hold. I should've stuck with cancelling to avoid the headache that would follow. I called to give the new delivery address and credit card but they keep delivering water to the old address. I called several more times and they always tell me that it's fixed but it's not. I was told that I wouldn't be billed because I told them months ago that I would no longer be at that address. I was just charged for a delivery that happened at that address in October... 5 months after I originally told them that I wouldn't be there and 4 additional calls of me reiterating that fact. I should be refunded the charge for my old address and not be responsible for the bottles that I have no way of retrieving to return to the company. read more
