I told them I had it 6 months ago - but I needed a new one. Fine. I used a different company to inspect the chimney and do some brick work. I saw the photos of the debris on the shelf and inside the chimney!! The other company removed Half of a 5 gallon bucket of debris. And they showed me a nail or screw one damper that was not secured during the first cleaning. So I am very disappointed - did JCS even do anything? Oh, and I paid double to JCS rather than the second company for the same services. TLDR: I do not recommend JCS

Today they showed up early with 3 technicians, the lead tech (Jerry) was able to get the fireplace up and running again in about 30 minutes. I like a contractor that shows up on time, knows their stuff, and leaves with everything in working order, plus they left everything cleaner and nicer than it was when they arrived.
