Mark showed up on time and was very thorough in walking my property and going over options. The other contractor stood me up two times! Keep in mind, I drive 3 hours to meet people. Once we got the permit in hand, I scheduled the drilling with Chris. He was up front and told me the lead time, which ended up being less then two weeks. On the day of the installation, Mark and Chris showed up exactly when they said' they be there! The were both very down to earth and professional while walking the property and analyzing how to setup their rigs. During the installation, I talked to Chris and Mark and explained to them that I never got to watch a well being drilled. The guys were very accommodating, they stopped work and would explain to me what they were doing, the challenges, etc. Mark even took time to explain when he uses certain supplies and how the other contractors will use cheaper supplies to pad their profits. At the end of the day, the guys knocked this 180' well installation out of the park! It couldn't have went any better and I couldn't have had two nicer guys. If you want down to earth, hard working and honest contractors with integrity, then call B.W. Smith and tell them I set you!

This shot water into my furnace completly destroying it. this company wants to pay for parts. My furnace was in perfect shape with every check up done since since purchase. Furnace is $5600 replacement. Heating company said parts would be over $3400. yesterday while pulling the heat air unit they found the wire harness fried also and several other parts destroyed that they can not replace. I believe they should take responsibility for their error. As of yet we have no settlement. I expect them to pay for the furnace air unit which they destroyed. It would be the only right thing to do.

He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. After a few years of being a good customer, patient, paying on time, never objecting to pricing, I **STILL** cannot get a response from him. One issue is that he's a one man show. It's him, or no one. His wife is lovely and accompanies him at times. Very knowledgeable herself. About 4 weeks ago I initiated contact and he responded immediately via text. Great, I thought. Then nothing. After a few more messages checking in, he said there was a family medical situation. I gave him space, and here we are two weeks and yet another text message to him later, and nothing. Another contractor had come over during the day and installed a new pressure tank switch. Just after the installation the water was off again. The contractor told us we needed to spend $1200 to have our service line pressure tested. And if the service line was leaking, it would cost $13,000 to install a new line. (The house is only 19 years old.) A neighbor recommended we call Steve of Foster Well Company. I explained the situation to him and he spent an hour on the phone with me explaining how I could do the pressure test myself for free. The Well system checked out OK and Steve recommended I check our outdoor hose bib connections and our toilet valves. I found out the problem was a leaking hose bib in the backyard. Our system has been restored to normalcy and we can't thank Steve enough for his help on the phone. If we ever have any other well problems, we would definitely call Foster Well and Pump company first.
