Probably the messiest laundromat I've ever been to. Sure you can do your laundry here just fine,…read morewhich I did, but judging by the floor, there's no way there is that much trash laying all over the place, unless the people who come here just simply do not care about cleaning up after their selves. Not fucking cool... I can tell trash has been laying around for a long time because it looks like it's been swept to the back side of the washing machines... There's also no way to tell how much these machine washers were; luckily I had enough coins to finish. So if you don't mind a trashy laundromat, but still want to do your laundry, it's possible, but be prepared to be disgusted, especially using the restroom where the sink was full of dirty clothes from some one.. I still give the place a 2, as I feel there's a chance for better sanitation and cleanliness.. I almost walked out of the place, then decided.. What the hell.. I'll just pretend i didn't see shit.

So, they advertise an app you can use to pay for the machines but apparently they discontinued…read moreusing it even though the stickers on the machine are still there. I had brought enough quarters for the washing machine and was planning to use the app for the dryer. So, now here I am with wet clothes and kind of in a rush to be done and onto other errands. I didn't want to have to run down the street to get cash from an ATM. However, the lady that was working there, Tammy, totally helped me out. She did something and was able to make the machine work for me so I wouldn't have to run out and come back. While it was inconvenient and they should remove the stickers for the app if you can't use them, Tammy was super nice about helping me out without any fuss. I have been here several times before and always used quarters for the machines but had noticed the app last time I was here and decided I would use that next time instead of bringing a bunch of quarters. Anyway, highly recommend these guys!

I wanted so much to like this place~my washer broke & I was so moved by most of the reviews I read…read moreabout So Fresh... When we arrived I noted the cleanliness was an 8 which is a high rating for laundromats~I cannot imagine the constant upkeep it takes. My husband & I assessed the machines & figured how to operate. The very 1st machine $3.00/load was really hard to close & gave us trouble to start. We used 5 washers~all finished & upon opening the 1st machine (1st machine in the line for $3) we discovered the clothes were dripping wet (as tho it never drained~the VERY PROBLEM our machine had at home). Uugghh In the next larger machine $4.50 we added our comforter from our Mstr Bdrm...our newest comforter...pure white-we moved it to the dryer, choosing the largest dryer & dried under on Medium heat...the dryer DISCOLORED our comforter-ALL OVER-YELLOWED! Ruined! This is why they get 3... I wanted to give less stars but I did most certainly appreciate its cleanliness. I just wished their machines were as impressive as their tidiness! Heartbroken my comforter is a total ruin!

Only doing this because of the other two comments. It's a laundromat. The machines usually work,…read moreand if one doesn't, there are more machines. There are more than one quarter machine and I've never had an issue getting quarters in nearly two years. Prices are reasonable. Never dealt with management or ownership and I like it that way. Parking in front or back of building. I don't believe the other comment about "service dog" because 1. I'm a combat vet with friends who have actual ADA-registered service animals and 2. If it were actually a service animal-related issue the place would have been shut down. Again, it's a laundromat. I go in, get my laundry done in about 60-75 minutes, and leave. Never had an issue.
