I was in desperate need to have my 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment cleaned professionally. My own cleaning jobs were not effective enough to battle some of the dust issues I get in my apartment. I scheduled an appointment online and even paid online. It was very convenient and didn't have to deal with annoying sales pitches. I scheduled my appointment for 9:00 AM and it does say there is an hour window they can arrive in but they didn't end up getting to my apartment until 10:45. The manager called me around 10:15 to apologize and said there was a mix up and they will be there shortly. As I was home from work for the day, it wasn't that big of a deal but would have been an issue if I was waiting to head out. The actual job done was superb! Saida and Josie were very friendly and did ana amazing job. Everything smelt great when I got back and all dust is gone which is something I never thought was possible. The bathroom and kitchen are perfectly cleaned as well. My only complaint was the scheduling issue, which is why I can't give a full 5 stars but I will use them again. read more

I have used Clean Popo Twice now. I usually only splurge when I have company from out of town. This crew is awesome! My guests are always impressed at how clean my studio is, even if it is a bit cramped. They are quick, organized, trustworthy and do a great job. They even stripped and flipped the bed. Ask for Marisol or Tammy if you ever need your place cleaned in a jiff! read more

Tammy and LaTanya did a thorough and professional job. They did not miss one detail, even folding the toilet paper in triangles just like a hotel and wiping the tops of our high kitchen cabinets. They were so quiet and courteous that we were able to relax in the apartment while they were here. We are very pleased with how sparkling clean our apartment is and we will definitely be using clean popo again! read more

They are fantastic. I've used them a few times and they leave the place remarkably clean. Ask for Alize, Tami and Thalia, they are a team that works together like a SWAT team. Amazing. My shower was disgusting and they left it gleaming. Plus they arrange things really artfully. The stove, the bathrooms, the kitchen -- everything looked fantastic. They are pricey, but really really worth it. read more

I would not use this service again. From a cleaning perspective, they do a good job, better than maid in hoboken. however, the way they handled my personal belongings was unacceptable. I had items in boxes that were purposely being stored inside expensive packaging. they took out every single item (2 pcs package) and threw out every single box (at least a dozen, clearly not trash) and I did not notice until it was too late. This could have been a birthday gift for someone, or a return that i could no longer make, all because they touched my personal things and threw stuff away that was not trash. After it happened, I called and express how upset I was, but they did nothing to make things right. I am big on customer service, and frankly was dissapointed on how they handled it. read more

This was my first time using Clean Popo. I'm so happy with the job that Tammy and Maria did on our apartment! I usually do all my own cleaning, and these ladies raised the bar for me! By a LOT! My appliances, cabinets, dressers and floors are shining! I was also able to get an appointment on very short notice - the day before, in fact! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a very thorough cleaning job done. My biggest problem is they did SUCH a good job, I may never be happy with my own cleaning ever again. read more

The ease of booking online was amazing. Within minutes, I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for the next day. Tami, Marisol & Rosanna we're fantastic doing an initial deep cleaning that got under, around & over every nook. They were on time, friendly, took care of all the places I asked for extra attention (and more!) and even told me where they had moved things to! Extremely pleased. Can't wait for my next service! read more

Clean popo did an amazing job on a move out cleaning in my apartment. I've never had a home cleaning before so I want sure what to expect but they surpassed my expectations in everyway. I was also wondering if they would slack since it was a move out cleaning so they didn't have to worry about repeat business/visits. The two ladies that came over were very friendly and courteous when they arrived. I originally planned to make sure I was there the whole time but shortly after meeting with then I felt comfortable paying them upfront with tip since I wanted to go out and meet up with some friends. I came back to a spotless apartment that was nicer and cleaner than when I moved in. On top of that, everything that was still left in the apartment was nicely organized in the corner of the room when I returned. The fridge and oven were spotless! The appointment was for 3pm and they ended up coming closer to 4pm but the manager at the office was in contact with me the entire time to keep me updated. He first called me at around 2pm to let me know they would be there around 4pm. Then called me again at about 3:45 to confirm they were about 15 mins away. When they showed up they were apologetic and said traffic had delayed then a bit during the day which makes sense since it was the Fri before labor day so I know traffic was heavy. So even coming later than expected was handled very professionally. Highly recommend Clean Popo! read more

I used Clean PoPo for a move in cleaning into a new apartment. I needed an in depth/top to bottom/thorough cleaning. That's exactly what I got. 3 hours worth. ViVi and Saida did a fantastic job. They were very sweet and professional. If I didn't already have a regular house cleaner I would definitely use CPP on a regular basis too. This time was in need of a more heavy duty job and CPP delivered read more

I have used this service for months every 3 weeks and these women always do a wonderful job Marisol,Tammy, and Patty. They treat my home and pets with respect 100% of the time. Good customer service and cleaning. Sayda and Claudia are the best we have ever found in the area!

I am a Realtor in Hoboken and have used Clean Popo several times for a tenant turn over and was very happy with the results. They did exactly as I asked and where extremely professional as well. I have used a few other companies in the past and they never scrub the baths and kitchen as is needed for a new tenant. Clean Popo made the places look like new. read more

I was exceptionally happy with the service. I had started by booking an appointment to have my apartment cleaned the day after I moved out, and Ian was incredibly organized and professional throughout the process. On the day of the cleaning, not only did Saida and Josie arrive early for the appointment, but they were friendly and hardworking through the entire 90 minutes they took to finish. Great service with wonderful people! read more

Josie, Saida and Katelyn cleaned my apartment last week and did an exceptional job. I've used cleaning services in the past and have never been so blown away by the spotlessness and thoroughness. I will certainly be using their services again. On top of the quality of the service, the appointment was very easy to book and to pay for using their website; everything can be done online and is very convenient. I would definitely recommend Clean Popo. read more

I had Sayda and Josie come to my home. I have had many house keepers before but never had my house been left the way it was left when Josie and Sayda were here I have never been happier . They helped me organize my entire kitchen as well as did a thorough cleaning of the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend these 2 ladies for any job no matter big or small. read more

Clean Popo did a thorough and beautiful job. I needed my apartment cleaned before my inlaws came to stay with us, and the task felt too overwhelming to do by myself. The guys at Clean Popo were so easy to work with. They arrived on time and asked for my feedback throughout the process. (I really appreciated the opportunity o use "green" cleaning products.) Looking at the finished product, I was stunned. My place looked better than when i moved in. My inlaws were happy, and I was relieved. I will definitely use their services again. read more

We have been using Clean Popo's services for several months now and are very pleased with their quality of work. Tammy and Erica do a wonderful job with each visit and we couldn't be happier. Rosanna and Marcella did a great job. My kitchen looks terrific especially stuff I don't do very often like wooden cabinets. They were also very pleasant and did not play music, a pet peeve of mine when people are working in my house. read more

This was my first time using the service, and I was amazingly impressed! My kitchen and bathroom looks so new with the cleaning that it almost feels like I just moved in! The team of Marisol and Shannet comes highly recommended! read more

Great cleaning. Sabrina and shannette did a fantastic job! I was unsure at first about calling a cleaning service but after seeing their hard work I will definitely reach out again soon for their services read more

The clean itself was done very well but the responsiveness with Ian was not as desired. I booked a recurring appointment- they showed up twice then never came back. I had to remind him to send me an invoice. I should have just walked away with a free clean. Now looking for a more reliable company. read more

I just moved into my 1 bedroom apartment in Hoboken and wanted to get a good thorough cleaning. I was very pleased with the service Clean Popo provided! They went above & beyond; the staff was so friendly, & most importantly the apartment looks amazing! read more

Fantastic job!! My roommates and I were very impressed. And very reasonable $$. Will definitely use again and recommend to others in Hoboken

I used them few months back. I had clearly mentioned that I would like to have two hours cleaning, on reaching and after one hour was over the cleaning ladies mentioned I have to get minimum 3 hrs ! ??? They were so slow purposely taking long for simple cleaning. And the chemicals they used to clean kitchen floor left stains on my stainless steel refrigerator and oven as they just splashed the chemicals on the floor. When I called the manager/ owner his response was cold and started making excuses.. Would never recommend anyone to use this service ever! read more

We've never used a cleaning service before until Clean Popo. My husband chose to book them based on reviews. Saida and Josie came to clean our apartment. They were really friendly and I felt comfortable with them cleaning our home for the first time. I was really impressed with the amount of equipment they showed up with. I'm 31 weeks pregnant, so they asked if it was ok to use bleach in the bathroom and kitchen. I thought that was very thoughtful and considerate. I gave them the option to use it as long as they opened the windows for their sake and mine. I left the apartment so I wouldn't be in their way. After two hours Saida called to tell me they were almost finished. I was really impressed with the clean smell and shiny floors when I entered the apartment. The apartment was really well cleaned. My only complaint would be that there was still dust and hair under the radiator in the bathroom. I would have hoped the vacuum would've sucked that up. Other than that, the other baseboards were immaculate! Thank you for your hard work ladies! We look forward to booking them again. read more

Great customer service. I love that they have a manager come at the beginning and end of the service. They are very open to feedback and are very nice to work with. read more

We first used this company to do an initial clean before we moved into our new apartment. We wanted green cleaning products, since we have a baby. Not only does Clean Popo offer this, but Ian also was super-friendly and happy to accommodate us on short notice. They recently came back to do a partial cleaning, and the results were just as great as before. Tammy and Marisol are reliable, thorough and care about doing a good job. I'll be buying the package service now... read more

I've been using Clean Popo for about two years now and they always do a great job. I almost always have Tami and Erica clean my apartment, and my place is always spotless when they leave. I call them every few months, usually when I'm having visitors from out of town or planning a party. They are always on-time, super friendly and professional, and the whole experience just easy and stress-free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. read more

I would give the cleaning service a 3 1/2 stars if allowed. The customer service was great: I was able to call and schedule same day service and was given a call to return to my apt when the women were done cleaning. The women were professional and showed up on time and cleaned for the allocated time. My apt was clean to my liking, but to be honest they could have done a bit more intense job in getting all crevices of the apt/ better vacuuming. Overall though I was happy enough to have gotten a clean apt same day. read more

I used Clean Popo for the first time and I was very pleased. The apartment looked terrific after they left. The team was super nice and friendly. Very easy to work with. Ian rescheduled my cleaning with just a few days notice. I'm going to use them again. I've used other cleaning services, which were fine, but there was a sparkle here. read more

These guys are great. The cleaners are extremely nice and well spoken and do a great job. They bring their own cleaning supplies so you don't have to worry about having everything on hand. If you have kids or a dog they will bring organic cleaning supplies too. Nick at the main office will work with any situation that comes up and does so kindly. read more

After several months, and trying a couple other services I decided to give Clean Popo another try. I am happy with the job they did and would recommend. The crew was friendly, professional, effective, and took care of any misses I pointed out before they left. I don't need service every week, but I'll definitely use them again. read more

I have used them only a few times, but based on my experience, I would not hesitate to call them again. The owner, Ian, kept me informed of arrival time - they actually were early.
