We want to start off by saying that the cleaning was not great. There were many areas that were missed, even they were obviously visible (please see the photos). What aggravated us were the excuses as to why some of the work was not done properly. Due to that, we have decided to write a review and share our experience. We made a mistake even giving $100 tip. 1. We had to finish their work in the end of the day. The bathroom on our first floor was not cleaned properly. Ivan was in charge of it. The bathroom on our second floor was cleaned by a lady (we do not know her name) who did a better job. There were other clients online that had a same issue with the service provided by Ivan. 2. They are not equipped to clean a garage, yet they accepted it. Of course, then, we had the expectation that they would do a good job. Since it's been accepted, they might as well do it right. Again, Ivan was the one working on the garage. The equipment were not too difficult to clean. Ivan left the shelves and our equipment so dusty, especially the floors (and manager's comment is that they do not clean unfinished floors). Then again, why accepted it if he would not clean the floor. Please see the photos. 3. They arrived late, which support the other negative reviews online. The agreement was 11am. They arrived after 12pm. We had plans that we had to delay. We were notified at 10:29am, only half an hour before the agreed arrival. However, this is not a huge deal to us. But just want to give everyone a heads up that there is a large chance you need to wait. 4. Ivan's "walkthrough" was rushed. We understood that it was late in the afternoon, but the time of the day should not affect the service. I pointed out to him the bathroom on 1st floor, but we felt it was ignored. He was on a rush. Also, it could be a language barrier since he had a difficult time communicating in English. We pointed out the shelves with dusts (please see the photos), and same reaction of not wanting to do it. 5. The manager offered that they would return and clean the untouched areas. It's late in the afternoon, and we had to leave the house. I do not think it is fair to us to wait again. In addition to that, it is not acceptable to send the same staff (Ivan) who did not do a good job. If she offered to send the lady who did a better job, we would have considered. But she kept insisting to send Ivan back, along with the other lady - even we emphasized that we do not want him to return. Please see the photos. I would not recommend their service. We thought we would have a great first impression, however we did not. We are trying to find a good cleaning company since we are new in the area and just recently moved from a different county. Also most especially, we need a consistent one because we are buying another house. We wanted a professional service. Unfortunately, we are disappointed. Update and response to the manager: 1. It is NOT true we are satisfied. Clearly based on our review, we are extremely disappointed. 2. There are no "agreements" discussed prior to the cleaning. They left our curtains, window boarders, mirror behind the bathroom door, master's bedroom side table, toilet bowl of 1st floor bathroom, shelves and multiple areas untouched. 3. There are three residents in the house who witnessed the poor service. Therefore, they have the right to submit their reviews, regardless of the number of point of contacts. 4. Regarding the manager's comment about responding to her prior writing the reviews - we have had multiple conversations via text. Yet, the manager is not listening to our feedback and preference. As mentioned, she kept insisting to send the staff who did a poor job. She should send a different one. She did not grant our request. read more

I hired Rosie's Cleaning to perform a deep cleaning of a large house. I spent almost two hours describing the work and uploading pictures to explain the house adequately to Rosies to ensure they could handle the project. The pictures listed the required cleaning, especially the *chandeliers* - (See the attached DROPBOX link that was provided to Rosie's before she accepted the project). So, I understood when Rosie's raised the hourly rate from $165 to $200 after their review of the work. Only two of the three expected Rosie's employees arrived. I showed the staff the house because their office had not described the anticipated work. They seemed put off and said they had to call the office. Within twenty minutes, the office called me and told me they could not clean the chandeliers. Cleaning the chandeliers was a required item agreed to before the scheduled cleaning. if Rosie's couldn't provide this type of cleaning, that was understandable, but I required a company to clean the chandeliers. When I explained the pre-condition of the job, Rosie's agreed they would be able to clean the chandeliers. I explained the work required in detail and provided pictures to Rosie's before them accepting the job. WHY AGREE TO CLEAN THE CHANDELIERS IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT EQUIPPED TO PERFORM THE TASK? Horrendous experience. This was my FIRST cleaning (a time when most companies want to make a good impression). Scheduled to arrive at 2:30. I made it very clear that I had to leave my home at 2:50 so they needed to be on time, which they assured me they would. At 2:40 I texted to find out where they were. They informed me that they wouldn't be able to arrive until 4:30 (meaning they would be at my house cleaning until almost 10pm). I reluctantly agreed because I needed my house cleaned ASAP. I said I wouldn't be home but would leave the door unlocked. They arrived at almost 5 to start my cleaning. After getting back home I had to keep my 3 young kids entertained in a separate area of the house until their bedrooms were finally finished 3 hours later, so I could put them to bed. My power went out right as they finished the bedrooms and they left because they couldn't do anything with no light or power. The scheduler began texting me to find out whether my power had come back so they could return and finish my cleaning. 20 minutes later it did come back, which I informed them. Apparently 20 minutes was too long and they were already too close to home to return (20 minutes of their time was too long for them to waste but wasting 2.5 hours of a brand new customer's time is totally fine, apparently). Would NOT recommend and would not use again. If this is how my very first cleaning ever went I can only assume that being hours late is the norm. read more

I've used Rosie Cleans a few times now. First for a move-in cleaning as the prior owners left a bit of a mess and I'm now on a schedule to have them clean bi-weekly. Their prices are a bit steep compared to what my boyfriend was used to with cleaners in his old home, but in my opinion, it is worth it. I'm super picky about cleaning my house and thought the cleaners my boyfriend had at his old place didn't do as thorough of a job as I would have liked. But unfortunately, in our bigger home and with all of our work responsibilities, we just didn't have the time to do a full house cleaning as often as we would like. So I found Rosie Cleans (I actually found them a year ago when I was in Summit but we were out of their zone). So far, I've been happy with Rosie Cleans. The manager, Cecilia, is very open in communication, letting us know when something comes up that needs to be rescheduled, checking in to clarify instructions, following up post cleaning, etc. She also was able to squeeze us in for our initial cleaning when online it had looked like there was no availability for months. In terms of cleaning, the ladies who handle our home seem pretty thorough so far. They take everything off the tables and countertops to clean (versus lazily dusting or wiping around things) and I've seen them actually on the stairs cleaning between the railing balusters. This past week, my mom was in town and even she was impressed. Finally, I also really like their online scheduling system. So far it has been pretty easy to add and remove certain items for individual cleanings which is something we're definitely going to be taking advantage of going forward. read more

Rosie cleans certainly isn't, "rosy." We scheduled a clean which took several weeks to get on their service calendar, as we requested a morning clean. The day before we were notified that they couldn't come in the morning, and would arrive early afternoon. They arrived around 4 pm. Their late arrival prohibited me from going to a scheduled event that I had for that evening with my family. Their clean was pretty good, however, they broke a few items in my house. They must have sprayed cleaner on the LED of my Keurig, because it was completely dead the next morning. I was forced to purchase a new one, which was around $135.00. They scratched my living room hardwood floors somehow, and chipped stones from the floor of the shower in the primary bedroom. These are all expensive issues to repair. They did not wear masks, and had 3-4 workers at my house. We are still in a pandemic, and my physician husband questioned the manager. They are entering multiple houses daily, and interfacing with many people. All maskless, while doing a physical job. I know it's tough to wear masks all day, but those in medicine performing labor-intensive surgeries do it for 12+ hour cases every day. When my husband brought these issues to the manager of this cleaning service, money was refunded due to the above-mentioned issues. However, the manager then brought it to my husband's attention that their crew had worked overtime, and now they found it "cost prohibitive" to ever clean our home again. My issues with this company are that it is their responsibility to estimate their jobs appropriately. They set their prices, not the customer. We would have paid more, had they been upfront with needing more money to complete the job. We don't expect the service to lose money on the job. We expect a fair price, and for our household items to remain unbroken. The cleaners never mentioned breaking the items, which is the worst part. Accidents happen, and they should have been honest and upfront. We received a text informing us that due to other incidents, and after doing a strategic analysis they did not hit the profit margin for us as a client. Who tells this to a customer? They broke our household items, got angry because we brought it to their attention, then dumped us for future cleans. Where I come from if you break something, you buy it. We are left paying for the repairs of the wood floor and the shower floor. Now, we are left to search for a new cleaning service. The saddest part is that 1/3 of our house did not have to be cleaned as it is under construction from damages due to Ida. That in addition to my office, as I asked them to refrain from cleaning it. They had approximately 4,000 sq ft to clean, yet damaged items, and could not "strategically maintain their profit margin." If you're underestimating your jobs, fire your manager and give estimates on site before you agree to take a job. Wonderful clean for what they did do, but very shady and unprofessional business practices. We hired them because they gave quotes on the size of the house. read more

They do good work but are way overpriced and slow. Before I moved into my 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home I had them come and do a cleaning. There was literally nothing in the house, new floors, new carpet and the kitchen appliances were clean. They took 4.5 hours to do the cleaning so they charged me for an additional 1.5 hours. It was a strait forward cleaning job and not worth the more than $500 I spent. read more

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Do yourself a favor and not use them and save yourself the headache! We set up service for $600 and change for a month service which included 1 deep clean after one cleaning got charged an additional $500 and change. $1100 for 2 subpar cleans for a house of 3000 square ft. Who pays that?? Then apparently now they lock you into a contract that they say you cancel anytime but apparently is not true! Trust me save yourself the headache this company!
