I'm always looking for a place to get a good cut or trim. Found this place via yelp and it was a newer place that opened up. I forgot the lady's name (not good) who cut my hair. She graduated from Skyline and was nice enough. She talked me into get my hair washed. I get the sleepies when someone massages my head. Worst 10 minutes of my life. Ever. It felt like she was using her knuckles on my entire head. Knuckles that were shaped like bird claws, biting into my scalp. I didn't want to say anything 'cause she hadn't started cutting yet, so I muscled through it. Now, everyone has seen Angelah Johnson's nail salon bit, right? Yeah, that happened. 10 minutes of foreign language conversation, then one of them tells me, "She likes the color of your hair". Hmmm... Anyway, the cut wasn't bad. Not great, either. The salon seemed clean and I would go back if I was in a pinch and needed a cut, but no more washes and head massages. read more

I don't normally review salons but this salon has the best stylists. They are quick and they cut hair well, all at a decent price. If you can help it, I would avoid going on peak days since it gets really busy which makes sense since it's a good salon. read more

I had been going to places like Greatclips and Supercuts where I would get haircuts that were inconsistent. Sometimes it would turn out okay, but then once my hair grew out, I knew that they hadn't cut it very well. But with Clean Looks, where prices are comparable to places like Supercuts, I've been able to get a pretty decent haircut despite having a different stylist each time I've walked in! I used to think that my hair was just very hard to style and cut evenly, but the stylists here have convinced me that hair can look good if you take the time. My hair also grows out very well so I am not forced to get a haircut sooner rather than later. I highly recommend them if you're tired of receiving inconsistent haircuts from major chains. read more

Originally intended to walk into Supercuts right next door for a haircut, but boy was I happy to see Clean Looks just two doors down! Got my haircut first thing Saturday morning by Nicole, and was very happy with the results. I asked for a high skin fade, and she took her time to ensure it looked the way I wanted it; she was also very patient and friendly. Fair prices and nice place to go for a quick cut without having to make an appointment. Looking forward to coming back again! read more

You'll never go wrong when Cindy cuts your hair. She can indeed do not only mine but also my mother's so well. There was a time when my nephew brought her to another salon without me knowing it and when he brought her back, we were very dissatisfied with her looks and I have to bring her back to Cindy to repair the 'damage' done to my Mom's hair and she easily did a very good job fixing it. She cares a lot when she cuts your hair. That's one of Cindy's secrets. read more

Very customer oriented. She has been closed like all salons. Just opened yesterday. A School associate had her cut. Mine was needed to be cut ASSP. I called , got an appointment. I live close to the salon and just did a dropin to get hair done. There is a Rite-Aid and Safeway, may it convenient to go there. The person who cut my hair was Lucy. I recommended my friend their also and she was given good advise for her damaged hair. She did not push product. I was going to a wedding and usually get a very short cut, but because I was going to a wedding I didn't not go for that. Although I wasn't sure how much i liked it but she told me to come back in a week after asking people their opinion and if i still didn't like it and wanted short, I would come back and she would cut it shorter for free. You can't beat a hair dresser that would do that. read more

I would give it no stars if I could. I have just moved to the area and needed to just get an all over color from the summer blonde that was in my hair. I asked if they do color and she said yes they have two stylist that do color. I went in for my apt and she was very nice but was constantly asking the other stylist for advice. They spoke to each other in Chinese the whole time which didn't really bother me until after they rinsed my hair and they realized they turned it green! She basically then told me that I see what having blonde hair does and I should learn my lesson! What?! Ok...you just messed up on my hair and you are somehow telling me this is my fault! She told me to come back Monday so she could fix it. I walked out in tears, never to go back. I had to go to another stylist at a different salon fix it. So be warned this place should stick to just hair cuts until they further their education in color. read more

Went in to get a blonde ombre. I originally had black hair that I dyed a red color (without bleaching). I was afraid that it will end up super brassy when I bleached it, but it didn't look orange at all. The ends faded into a beautiful almost ashy blonde!! read more
