This laundry mat is always clean, and the ladies are always making sure things are working properly.

I have been to this laundry 3 times. It was clean , there were homeless people hanging around outside, that really doesn't bother me to much . There was a lady there that set her purse on a washer and left it to load a machine it got stolen in the blink of an eye. What I would like to have clarified is that this reads 24 hour laundry but I have been there twice late at night. Both times they were closed. It would be nice if the owner would post the hours for all 7 days . I live relatively close but have to drive out to Glendale to do laundry later at night. If I knew this laundry would be open I would use it more often. Just wonder if this is 24hour and I just missed them being open . read more

The place is more up-to-date with washers and dryers. the workers are great, they make sure the place stays clean, Ofelia is nice and very attentive as well as the other employees. A clean laundromat! I came here at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night with my son with plenty of machines to choose. A cordial worker was cleaning while we waited for the washers, $2/load. There are cute little tables to sit at while you wait and nice breeze from the fans above. Plenty of folding tables, and a store for needed supplies. read more

Don't waste your time. Half the machines don't work, or will take your money. There is water on the floor and doesn't look like anyone is trying to clean it up. The only thing done was a wet floor sign was out. The female employees are cool and give you back your change if the machine takes it. I wish I could give this place negative stars! Great place to do your laundry if you want to watch your clothes spin in a dryer & never dry while surrounded by homeless people dealing drugs all around you. We literally just watched a drug deal. They didn't even try to hide it. Guy walked up exchanged some crack rocks for whatever the girl went behind the building to trade him....hmmmm. one can only speculate. After she came back they then cleaned & filled their pipe & went out back. The dealer listens to loud music & dances in the parking lot. Another lady digging through the inside trash. A man h his dog sleeping under a table. I feel dirtier having been here. Too scared to use carts or tables worried I might contract something. Will not be back....My clothes were still soaking wet after the spin cycle and the dryer is a joke. I had it on HI heat the whole time and my clothes still came out damp. Not worth it for what they charge and you better keep your head on a swivel walking in/out of the facility. read more

I've visited this laundromat occasionally over the years. Last weekend I went to use the larger triple load washers or *big boys*. There are coin machines up to 20 bucks for quarters. Triple load washers were 3.25. Many machines were out of order. Dryers were a quarter for 6 minutes, my batch only needed 12 minutes. Not bad. It's 24 hours and has wi-fi. But I couldn't get wi-fi access. Oh well. Definitely it's an older facility and has seen better days. I appreciate that it is open and well lit. Just meh. read more

Despite, the laundromat's bad reputation for homeless people it has gotten a lot better since my last visit. Their is no more homeless and it appears to me to be much cleaner. In addition, they fixed the AC and added new machines which add to a better laundry experience. Good spot to do your laundry. read more

I have been going to this business to do my laundry for over 10 years and it has been going downhill for the last three years. I try to avoid the gal attendant who is constantly rude and disrespectful. This last Monday was the last straw for me. The machines are mostly broken and never repaired. The gal was rude as usual but on this day she shoved one of the laundry carts into me while I was trying to get my laundry out of the dryers. The tv broke again has not been repaired. There are shady people who hang out and deal drugs. The wifi only works for the people who run it and the people they select to use it. I guess mostly from the apt complex across the street. I could go on for awhile but why bother. I am going to find another laundry because I just cannot stand the crappy place any more. read more

I come here because I live within a mile,I don't own a car so it sucks that the only other laundry is also a 24 hr homeless shelter and drug dealer drive thru.lol, at least here they haven't found any dead bodies. It's an ok place if you go about 9 or 10 am just get in and get out,it's true many machines are out of order and I was so pissed the last time I was there I put my whites in a dryer and they came out with motor oil looking spots, I can't get them out! And the only hot dryers arr the 3 bigger older ones along the back wall. And yes,you will see drug deals,right out in the open. It's a little pricey but it does the job. You really should have some street smarts to do your laundry there. This has to be the worst Laundromat in Phoenix. It's used mostly by degenerates, and is astoundingly filthy. Half of the washing machines don't work, and that's nothing to the handful of operational driers. Since none of the driers work, I had to fit most of my clothes into four of the eight that did. Then, a tweaker who happened to be deaf that worked there came out and started shaking her fists at me for over filling the driers. I couldn't understand most of the gestures she was shaking in my face, but it was clear that she blamed me for breaking all of her driers. Avoid this dump like the plague! read more

I have only gone there to do laundry at night so the staff is usually gone by the time I get there, but the place has change machines that alqays work properlybwhen I have used them its usually pretty quiet, well lit, and tv is always on, and after I thimk it is 3am the dryers are only $.50 abd washes are $1.25. My only major complaint is that there are usually at least 4-5 dryers (i have seen up to 8 out at one time) out of order and one washer that leaks water all over the florrs on occasion. Went in with the thought of dealing with polite attendants to gladly spend 20 dollars and leave with clean dry lavender scented wash.filled the appropriate washer with clothing and soap.everything went fine. THEN WHEN I CHANGED ALL WASH(i were black)to a dryer with no sign. Put in enough change for 45 min. After 07 min opened the door to check heat(cold) I brought this to the girl behind the counter(she was deafmute ) which did not affect me in the slightest. I picked up a pen and paper and politely please Ms I filled the dryer for 45 mins the dryer is cold please help " She said loudly for me to change my dryer, which I did. She the gave me a credit of 15 min....I took a big breath and decided to be calm and logical. When I wrote on the pad that my clothes were still cold.
