Clean Livin' Laundry - Laundromat Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I used to read this as five stars. Whatever cooling or AC system they use was not working. Their best employee, Noemi, is no longer there. That is a big loss for them. Interesting, when she was there, it seemed like it was busier, but I didn't mind because she made the experience more positive and I think that that's why so many people came when she was on shift. They should try to rehire Noemi. read more

i fell due to water being on the floor, no signs nothing around seriously injured myself and managers and person on spot could care less. Lady was on her phone entire time didnt even check on me to see if i was ok and gave attitude when i asked who i can call to report the incident. will be reaching out to get help with this case since they keep not answering and ignoring my call. read more

This laundry mat is always clean, and the ladies are always making sure things are working properly.

I have been to this laundry 3 times. It was clean , there were homeless people hanging around outside, that really doesn't bother me to much . There was a lady there that set her purse on a washer and left it to load a machine it got stolen in the blink of an eye. What I would like to have clarified is that this reads 24 hour laundry but I have been there twice late at night. Both times they were closed. It would be nice if the owner would post the hours for all 7 days . I live relatively close but have to drive out to Glendale to do laundry later at night. If I knew this laundry would be open I would use it more often. Just wonder if this is 24hour and I just missed them being open . read more

I got here right at 10:30 I thought as maps says it is open 24th but still it was 10:30 lady argued with me till 4min after 10:30 that I can't put load in... So mad!! read more

A clean laundromat! I came here at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night with my son with plenty of machines to choose. A cordial worker was cleaning while we waited for the washers, $2/load. There are cute little tables to sit at while you wait and nice breeze from the fans above. Plenty of folding tables, and a store for needed supplies. read more

Great spot to come do laundry. The place is more up-to-date with washers and dryers. the workers are great, they make sure the place stays clean, Ofelia is nice and very attentive as well as the other employees. Overall my experience here is always great and welcoming. And there is a DQ just a couple steps outside. I've been coming here for the last 12 years and it's been great. read more

Horrible place. So bad they removed any content information from the business so you can't call them Most machines broken but you don't find out until they take your money read more

There is no AC. Inside temperatures can get very hot and sweaty. Dryers barely dry. Avoid this place if you can. I do not plan on returning !! read more

Very clean, always has a worker around cleaning and keeping everything in order! I come here every week to wash and it's great.

BEDBUGS!!! BEWARE!!! BEDBUGS!!! from Clean Livin laundry 12454 N. 28th Drive, Phoenix. Owner claims not their location, must be somewhere else! Not true. I only live down the street. I had to do a bunch of my bedding because it would not fit in my washer. Now I have bedbugs. Never had them in my entire life! I have a pretty decent sized house. This is going to be expensive! I'm a 50 year old widow. I don't need this in my life. Life is hard enough! STAY AWAY BEDBUGS!!!!! read more

Clean Livin' Laundry - I got Bedbugs from this Laundromat. I'm a 50 yr old widow dealing with this on my own. I found this in the crease of my mattress last night. - Laundromat Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Don't waste your time. Half the machines don't work, or will take your money. There is water on the floor and doesn't look like anyone is trying to clean it up. The only thing done was a wet floor sign was out. The female employees are cool and give you back your change if the machine takes it. I watched a male employee walk in with a rolled cigarette burning and go sit in the office. Even though there is a no smoking sign posted. read more

Everything seems to be out of order and the machines that do work sound like they are about to go out. They definitely need someone to clean up the place and fix all the broken stuff. They get one star because they have free wifi and the vending machine was fully stocked. read more

Clean Livin' Laundry - How many out of order signs do you see? Wow. - Laundromat Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I wish I could give this place negative stars! Great place to do your laundry if you want to watch your clothes spin in a dryer & never dry while surrounded by homeless people dealing drugs all around you. We literally just watched a drug deal. They didn't even try to hide it. Guy walked up exchanged some crack rocks for whatever the girl went behind the building to trade him....hmmmm. one can only speculate. After she came back they then cleaned & filled their pipe & went out back. The dealer listens to loud music & dances in the parking lot. Another lady digging through the inside trash. A man h his dog sleeping under a table. I feel dirtier having been here. Too scared to use carts or tables worried I might contract something. Should find a new name for it cuz clean it is not & clean livin isn't what the people are practicing read more

This laundromat is definitely busy for a reason. There are tons of washers and dryers enough for everyone to use. The attendant is always busy cleaning and helping customers if needed. Definitely a good go-to laundromat. read more

Will not be back....My clothes were still soaking wet after the spin cycle and the dryer is a joke. I had it on HI heat the whole time and my clothes still came out damp. Not worth it for what they charge and you better keep your head on a swivel walking in/out of the facility. read more

I've visited this laundromat occasionally over the years. Last weekend I went to use the larger triple load washers or *big boys*. There are coin machines up to 20 bucks for quarters. Triple load washers were 3.25. Many machines were out of order. Dryers were a quarter for 6 minutes, my batch only needed 12 minutes. Not bad. It's 24 hours and has wi-fi. But I couldn't get wi-fi access. Oh well. Definitely it's an older facility and has seen better days. I appreciate that it is open and well lit. Just meh. read more

This place has definitely got some attention unlike the past. There is new machines, good management and best of all, a good laundry experience. read more

Used this laundromat for the first time today, and a pair of my black work pants got bleach stains all over them. I called the owner and he said he wasn't responsible for damaged clothes. I only had these pants for a week so I am highly upset. DONT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They suck! read more

I have been going to this business to do my laundry for over 10 years and it has been going downhill for the last three years. I try to avoid the gal attendant who is constantly rude and disrespectful. This last Monday was the last straw for me. The machines are mostly broken and never repaired. The gal was rude as usual but on this day she shoved one of the laundry carts into me while I was trying to get my laundry out of the dryers. The tv broke again has not been repaired. There are shady people who hang out and deal drugs. The wifi only works for the people who run it and the people they select to use it. I guess mostly from the apt complex across the street. I could go on for awhile but why bother. I am going to find another laundry because I just cannot stand the crappy place any more. read more

Despite, the laundromat's bad reputation for homeless people it has gotten a lot better since my last visit. Their is no more homeless and it appears to me to be much cleaner. In addition, they fixed the AC and added new machines which add to a better laundry experience. Good spot to do your laundry. read more

Dryers have no heat . used three different machines. No attendant on duty to refund money. This is on top of the 8 machines that were marked out of order. Do not go here read more

This laundromat sucks use the hot water and it turns out you don't have any half of the dryers don't have heat although it is somewhat clean it is a little run-down not to mention it is 24 hours and the clientele during the night is absurd please think twice before coming here and using read more

Friendly staff always clean and reasonably priced for laundry mat. The workers are always busy cleaning the place. Its 24 hours which is nice. It's got a dairy queen conveniently located in front parking lot that is easy if you get hungry while your waiting for your cloths to get done. read more

WTF is this place .... 1/2 the washer did not work and the other 1/2 took my money. The staff was a joke . She looked like she just came out of a 1/2 way house . She deaf .. so when I told her the washer took my money she just looked at me and walked away . I won't come back !!!! And they own me $10.50..... I'm just saying read more

Old washers that won't clean your laundry that needs to be replaced, still had stains and pizza sauce one my shirt. Old broken down machines

Went to do laundry today at this location. Will never wash here again. Practically all their machines are OUT OF ORDER and most of their dryers as well. Spoke to one of their patrons and she said you're lucky if you find a dryer that actually works. Smh. read more

This has to be the worst Laundromat in Phoenix. It's used mostly by degenerates, and is astoundingly filthy. Half of the washing machines don't work, and that's nothing to the handful of operational driers. Since none of the driers work, I had to fit most of my clothes into four of the eight that did. Then, a tweaker who happened to be deaf that worked there came out and started shaking her fists at me for over filling the driers. I couldn't understand most of the gestures she was shaking in my face, but it was clear that she blamed me for breaking all of her driers. Avoid this dump like the plague! read more

I come here because I live within a mile,I don't own a car so it sucks that the only other laundry is also a 24 hr homeless shelter and drug dealer drive thru.lol, at least here they haven't found any dead bodies. It's an ok place if you go about 9 or 10 am just get in and get out,it's true many machines are out of order and I was so pissed the last time I was there I put my whites in a dryer and they came out with motor oil looking spots, I can't get them out! And the only hot dryers arr the 3 bigger older ones along the back wall. And yes,you will see drug deals, right out in the open. It's a little pricey but it does the job. You really should have some street smarts to do your laundry there. And if you smoke, do it before you go because EVERYONE will bum them, I swear someone at the apartments across the street keeps watch!! read more

Dryers messed up one of the wash machine didn't wash right. Not coming to this place ever.

I have only gone there to do laundry at night so the staff is usually gone by the time I get there, but the place has change machines that alqays work properlybwhen I have used them its usually pretty quiet, well lit, and tv is always on, and after I thimk it is 3am the dryers are only $.50 abd washes are $1.25. My only major complaint is that there are usually at least 4-5 dryers (i have seen up to 8 out at one time) out of order and one washer that leaks water all over the florrs on occasion. Other than that, its not bad. read more

Went in with the thought of dealing with polite attendants to gladly spend 20 dollars and leave with clean dry lavender scented wash.filled the appropriate washer with clothing and soap.everything went fine. THEN WHEN I CHANGED ALL WASH(i were black)to a dryer with no sign. Put in enough change for 45 min. After 07 min opened the door to check heat(cold) I brought this to the girl behind the counter(she was deafmute ) which did not affect me in the slightest. I picked up a pen and paper and politely please Ms I filled the dryer for 45 mins the dryer is cold please help " She said loudly for me to change my dryer, which I did. She the gave me a credit of 15 min....I took a big breath and decided to be calm and logical. When I wrote on the pad that my clothes were still cold. She started yelling at me which made me feel good uncomfortable.I decided that I would spread my story and take my 20$ elsewhere.
