Even though my items look clean, they do jot not feel clean, and now I need to figure out how to remove both the smoke smell and the chemical perfume. For a place that claims to professionally clean garments, this was incredibly disappointing. I trusted them with pieces that matter to me, and I won't be returning. I hope they address whatever is causing these odors, because this is not acceptable for a dry-cleaning business. The people are nice but the cigarette smells are coming from them.

Show the recording of me sitting and waiting for that from your cameras. My practice is growing so I need to spend less time doing laundry and busy work so I'm gonna farm out these items to save myself some time and I love not doing laundry.
