Both are constantly serving up drugs to customers while working. If you are a cute girl you can definitely get your car washed for free, as those same young men are constantly giving away free carwashes to pretty young women. Daily. The site manager Ken Deavers is completely checked out. As he is aware of all of this. He does nothing for his staff, other than enable their unproffesional behaviors. And ignore the illegal activities going on. Cars are continually getting damaged, whilst going through the wash, it is an almost daily if not for sure a weekly occurrence. Most of which is caused by staff not caring when loading cars into the tunnel, and loading cars incorrectly. And known faulty wash equipment. Like I said, most of their quipment is broken and doesn't run correctly. Causing many unnecessary claims from incident reports that corparate ends up not paying the customer for said damages. Usually for some made up reason as to why the cliam is denied. The area regional manager (Dan Yannick) of this site is also known to have stolen Valor. He states he is an army veteran, from the gulf War, but in actuality he was Dishonorably Discharged while still completing basic training, for hitting his commanding officer. He never actually served. The one decent employee they had working there has either recently moved on to something better or they got rid of him for some reason. Which makes no sense as he was the main person working there that made it worthwhile in stopping by. Jim Roush, and Express Wash Concepts, which is the parent company, and the rest of the ownership of this carwash chain obviously do not really care about branding, staffing, or community. They are seemingly running what is going to be another failed OH corporate chain. Just like Winking Lizard, or Melt. Being a souless enterprise, thats very impersonal, with a major lack of community outreach, paired with terrible customer experiences and vehicles constantly being damaged is why you should choose another brand to wash with. Seargent Clean and Whistle Clean have both updated their facilities and equipment as well as pricing in the last year, to remain competitive in this market, both those brands have surpassed Clean Express Wash in regards to overall customer service experience and they have comparable if nor better pricing for both memberships and single washes. There is a reason why Clean cannot retain its good employees for longer than a year. And why so many members cancel their memberships after 1 month of inconsistent and crappy service. Don't waste time or money, choose to go to another carwash brand. Save yourself the headache, and extreme probability that you will end up with damage to your vehicle.

There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. I figured I had to be on to something. I like the location. This part of Wilson Mills is not terribly busy. You simply turn in like you're going to the cleaners, but continue around the back of the building. The prices were reasonable. I got the works for $16.50. The man working was very nice and efficient. He even thanked me for giving them a try (like he had ESP). I was thrilled that they pre-spray. Inside I noticed the materials were soft, so this put me at ease. I've had horror stories in this department at other places. I really felt like I was getting a deep wash. I drove down the road and inspected the finished product. I must say my street salt beaten and battered baby looked good as new! The only thing I wish was that my tires were shinier. They do have a tire upgrade and I forgot to add it so that's my fault. I'm willing to give them another shot with the $2.00 enhanced tire experience.

He told me to wait until after the car wash to see if I wanted to sign up. Not a huge fan of the steelyard commons area but I liked the car wash. My car is cleaner than the normal wash I go to. The wheel clean made my wheels super shiny. The dryer works really well. I didn't use the vacuums as I cleaned my car not too long ago. When I pulled into the wash bay I was given an air freshener. I would recommend the car wash and will be getting the membership.

This new build is a touchless wash. While there are other options and more expensive washes, when I'm doing a hands-free wash, I prefer the cheapest option. Generally it gets off enough of the sludge / dirt that I don't feel guilty for having spent the money. This location was nice too because there was an attendant on the premises helping to guide the cars in. I'd return to this location for a quick wash.
