The person that greeted me at the payment machine was very friendly. It was a nice, warm welcome. They asked if I wanted a complimentary air freshener and then marked my windshield so the next attendant would know to give it to me. The next person was abrasive. There's just no other way to put it. It was early yet so I just proceeded with the process. The actual process was the usual. I will say it was roomier than other places I've been. Unfortunately, my truck is still dirty. I chose their ultimate top of the line wash and could have just got a basic one. I still have the same gifts from my neighborhood birds, just smeared now. My windshield has the same spots. If I didn't sit through the wash I wouldn't believe it took place.

After doing…read moresome research and comparing prices from other companies, I decided to give Deacon's a call just to check. To my surprise, they quoted me $150 for full detailing inside. Most other quotes were between $225 and $250, so I jumped at this one. I scheduled with the service team and received a reminder a few days before my appointment. I was told to get there at 8:30 am as it may take the full day for my seats to dry after being shampooed. I received a call at about 3:00 pm stating that my car was ready. As usual, the payment process was easy and I was in an out. My car smelled great and looked even better. They did a really great job cleaning every nook and cranny and I am super grateful for the superb service.
