It's a really nice facility, with new, well maintained equipment, and very helpful staff, that does a good job of cleaning our car. I picked up a certificate for 2 Blue Level washes at Willo Wash. Willow Wash is located at SOM Center near the intersection with Euclid Ave. To enter the wash there are 2 gates, 1 for the members and the other with an electronic kiosk, luckily an employee came over quickly and got me all set. Pulling into the wash the other employee did a great job of using the spray hose to start the wash, the run through the wash is smooth and seems to do a really good job of covering all areas of the car. One thing I had never seen before is at the end of the wash after the air dryers there is a large roller that seems very soft and adds a final buff to the hood, windshield, roof and trunk of the car. Inspecting the car after the wash I have to say that this may be the best car wash I have had in recent years. The car was fully clean, including the area by the rear bumper which is usually missed on my car. The car is shiny and even the tires were gleaming. If you are looking for a car wash in the Willoughby area you should give Willo Wash a try. read more

I started going there years ago when they had the spray car wash in a couple bays that went back.And forth. I started going to the new one.I've been going for a couple years, but there's problems.They use rubber hard brushes, which is not good for your car.It does not get the backside of the suv and does not do a good job on the wheels Additionally, when you're done, you have to get out and put your mirrors back in place, they used to have somebody.But they didn't. As car washes go, this is one of the better ones in the area, though a bit on the pricey side. You have three levels: $8, $13, and $18. I tried the $13 wash with "Wheel Blast" and was underwhelmed the first time I went through. For that much money, I would hope at least all the dirt would be off my car. It wasn't. I drove out of the car wash and went to run an errand to the CVS about a mile and a half away. When I got out and looked at my Jeep Compass, the tires looked terrible and there were areas along the back and to the sides where there still was streaks of dirt. I finished my errand and drove back to the car wash. I told the young female attendant that my car was still dirty and my tires looked awful. She was pleasant and told me she would run my vehicle through again and that "Wheel Blast" wasn't the same as "Tire Shine". (I was not expecting shiny, just clean.) On my second pass, the attendant gave my Jeep a spray of prewash solution before going in the wash (nothing the first time). The car went through and came out pretty clean, with shiny tires. I think she must have given me an upgrade for my trouble. Zappy's on Mentor Avenue does a better job at a slightly less price point, but driving almost out to Painesville from my Willoughby home doesn't make sense. just drove home from the car wash and my passenger side mirror cover is gone! called & they said they'd look, called me back & said couldn't find. the girl at the end of the line should have noticed that it was gone and alerted me to it. now am I supposed to be on the hook for a new mirror cover? I have a dog so I liked to use this wash for the vacuums and towels they provide with the auto wash. The wash itself misses parts of your car too which you could usually hit yourself with the towels and spray afterwords. Since COVID they closed half the bays to promote distancing which I am ok with, it after my last wash all the bays were full. They wouldn't let me queue up for one to open, or wait for a car to be done even though they have a parking lot and I was alone in my car. Telling me to pay to go through the wash again and hope a bay opens or leave is not how to retain customers. Wouldn't recommend this place to others since the wash is sub par without being able to clean what the auto wash misses yourself afterwords. read more

I have been a customer for 2 and a half years never had any problems until July 26 th 2022 when my cars hood was scratchEd, I did not notice it until then. Due to my age I only get the unlimited washes for which is the only wash company I have ever used on my 2017 Buick LaCross, Ebony Black with a silicone coating $3,000 job. My car is in a garage for which it has never been parked any where else. When I complained about the damage to my hood they run the camera to see if it was damage on 07/26/2022. For which it was showing the damage. Which could have happened at any point to my car going into the machine I had my car serviced at Sims Buick the last day of June and only use Willo Wash regularly to kind it looking good. I paid $29.00 a month to have my damaged a total of $870.00 until July 2022. I hadve in estimate of $400 to repair scratches and $700. To have the hook recoated. Was it worth it? I advice anyone going to Willo wash to make sure to walk around your car before you go. Any damage they will not make it right. At the end of June Sims Buick would have seen scratches during my maintenance inspection because it was through Sims I had it coated as I do all my cars I buy from Sims Buick. SCAM!!! They don't give change. If you insert money for a wash the machine is "magically" out of cash. You get a voucher good for a limited time to use instead of cash or you can give to the attendant for cash. Guess what? The attendants claim they don't have cash to give and you have to use voucher in a future wash. That is if the little voucher slip doesn't disintegrate first. read more

I paid for the most expensive wash and it missed so much stuff on my car I had to wipe it down once I was at the vacuum station. I will not be coming back here. Absolutely never again and I will never recommend this car wash to anyone. 1. Left large white streak on driver side door. Very basic car wash facility. 2. Very rude staff. This was my first time back to a car wash in about 10 years and I did not remember to put car into neutral right away and nasty person with a rude attitude manning the car wash inside (short man) stated "everyone should already know that". You know what? Everybody does not remember every thing all the time and especially after about 10 years. By the way, I did not see a sign out front to put into neutral for people who have truly never gone to a car wash before??? Poor business attitude. Came here for the first time a few days ago and I was impressed. My car was cleaned fairly well for an automatic car wash. There is another place closer to my home and my car is always dirty after I leave. The staff was friendly and the prices were well posted, even though they're a little expensive. I was a bit confused about where to pay for the wash, but saw the associate inside once I got closer to the front of the line. The free vacuuming area offered wasn't clearly shown. Great place to get your car washed, especially if you have kids as the wash features multicolored lights that turn it into an experience on top of the standard car wash.
