The gas at this place is 60 cents higher than all the other gas stations! I did the math on front of the kid as he pressured me to make a decision. I quickly determined that the 9 gallon minimum for discount on car wash would be $5.40 more than other gas stations but because I had a $2 coupon it would end up being about 6 of one half a dozen of the other scenario with getting the 9 minimum there and the discount car was vs driving to another gas station. So the kid proceeds to fill up my tank which I didn't ask for and I had jumped out to try and stop it and told them I want a refund for the car wash because they didn't discount it (no coupon deduction) and the "manager" Jacob stood with an attitude and told me no refunds - take it up with my cc company. They are scamming people left and right on gas and car wash by forcing purchases with no remedy in sight. Buyer beware! read more

I just got off work today Tuesday 11/25/25. I went to this establishment as I have gone for almost 20 years. I pulled up asked the young man that came to help me for a fill up, 4 rockstars, and a cartoon of LD red 100's. The young man said LD menthol, I said no the reds. He started the pump after I popped it open for him, as the gas was pumping he went inside to get my cigarettes, came out with the wrong carton as said "Shorts" I repeated LD red 100's. He then went back in and started to walk around between getting my beverages and finishing out the gas. All with the carton on his hand. It wasn't until he came out of the register hut and said the total and took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. He came came back out at handed me the wrong carton of smokes and the wrong beverages he got me monsters not rockstars and when I said I asked for rockstars and LD red 100's. He went to go correct the error, and they were telling him what he usually does (which means this is not anywhere near the first time this young man has made an error) his co workers told him that was not how to use the register to correct the error. The next thing I know the Owner young man came out already heated, and accused me of not saying exactly what I needed correctly and started accusing of lying. He also said that he has had a problem with me before. Again I have been going there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I even congratulated the young man when he told me that he bought into the business. I also told him that for what it is worth, I was proud of him. I have been acquainted with this young man since he was 16. Back to this evening, he continued to not only give me an attitude but then started shouting at other customers. All while still calling me a liar. Stating that he tends to beleive his employee that has something to loose, as where my only issue is I got berated and accused of being a liar, and am out $120 + until my bank gives me the money back because his employee wasn't paying attention to what I said, and charged me for the wrong items. Then I am the one that gets banned for supposedly being a liar. Which is no way to run a business. I could understand if I was being obnoxious or loud of swearing or being just a complete jerk. I even offered to move my car up to not block other customers. But some how I am in the wrong. What the young owner doesn't understand is that it wouldn't matter if he didn't ban me, after the way he was acting I would never go back there again. Their gas is always higher than anywhere else in the area, half the time they don't have what people need. I also have driven away with the wrong items before and just sucked it up. With the holidays upon us we all need every dime we have. I just hope that my money will be refunded as promised and further legal actions do not need to be made. The way that young man is acting towards customers was very aggressive and scary. So beware of going there, if you don't want to be accused of being a liar. And being threatened by the owner. Just never will I ever go back there and neither will any of the many friends I know that frequent there. read more

Terrible Service by one of the OWNERS. His vocabulary consisted of 3 words, "I DON'T CARE". he didn't care that I was a handicap senior who couldn't walk from the non-working vacuum to the gas pumps so I drove up there and he didn't care about the money I lost in the vacuum machine, ended up calling the Willowick police, Sgt. Beckwith showed up to join in on the bullying, etc. of a long long term customer of OK Car Wash. I've been going there for decades and the song remains the same. I've never had an issue at this full service station. It's great for when you're feeling lazy or have a car full of kids and don't want to get out to pump gas. You just hand the young fella attendant some dough and off he goes to fuel up your vehicle. Some people may complain about having to tip the attendants, but I say they're providing a service, so yes, you should tip them. It's common courtesy. I've never used a credit card at this station and from the sounds of other reviews, you should be cautious about it, too. So, my best advice is to use cash only, just to be on the safe side. To me, the OK is a nostalgic part of Willowick history. It used to be a 76 station back in the day. Definitely check it out. I've never had an issue with the car wash either. read more

Full service gas with a great car wash. You get a discounted wash if you buy so many gallons of gas (I believe it's 9 gals). The car wash did an excellent job on my truck. I will continue to come here. read more

Have been going to this car wash for over a decade now and never had any issues. I take my Audi there to keep it looking sharp. I'm at 112K miles and it's a 2016 model year, and people still ask if it's a new car. Took my VW passat there before I had my Audi, and my crown vic before I had my Passat. They also use brushes that don't cause any damage to the finish of the car which has always been a selling point for me. read more

I WILL NOT BE RATING THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HORRIBLE THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR..... I have only been going to this car was for the last 8 years and had referred a lot of people to this location. However, this past Sunday I was there for my normal car wash w/tire clean which comes up to about $13.50. This particular day the attendant informed me they were out of the cleaner so I said ok I will get your regular wash which is around $8.50. About 22 minutes later I had to check my account for something else and noticed I had two charges for a Marathon Gas Station. I called them to inform them they had double charged me for my car wash. They took my info for the manager to call me (which they never did) and stated he is normally in Monday - Friday from 7-4 p.m. I told the young man I would give it until Tuesday to see if it falls off my account and if not I would make a visit to the manager for my refund. Well today is Tuesday, February 5, 2019 and both charges posted to my account. On my lunch break I went to the gas station to inform the manager of the situation and as soon as I told him what happened his exact words were Well how do you know that? I said because it shows on my charges which I can pull up right now. He then proceeds to ask me if I have a receipt, I said no I do not but because the gentlemen did not give me a receipt nor the 2 cars behind me that day from what I could tell since it was 62 degrees that day and there were so many cars we had to wait in line. He then tells me oh then that means nothing, do you know how many people come here everyday telling us the same thing. He said again it will take 5-10 days to fall off of your card and I stated the charges were no longer pending but in my transactions which means they are not falling off and I had already called the bank to verify this information before making a visit to you incase this happened. He then tells me well we will not give you a refund, I would need to make a copy of your card and take down your information and if this is correct then in 10 days we would issue a refund to your card. At that point I was BEYOND irate at the fact that he would even try and accuse me of making this up, he did NOT want to see my transactions on my bank app but insisted people can FORGE that information. Mind you he is damn near 80 years old so I highly doubt he even knows how technology works after 1930 anything. To say I am pissed is an understatement because I just paid for almost 4 car washes $21.50 when my intent was the only pay for the ONE vehicle I was in and on top of all this it does not look like I will be receiving a refund. Before today I had NEVER written a review on any business but this needs to be told because I will never again.... step foot on this property and I am hoping others will see this message and do the same. The "manager" is absolutely horrible and needs to be fired with no questions asked treating paying customers like that and ripping people off obviously since he stated people come there all the time saying this exact same thing.... Car wash was ok. The young man running the sprayer as I pulled in needs some serious training in customer service. Screaming at customers, is not ok. I understand that they have to speak loudly for you to hear them, but he crossed the line and was down right disrespectful and rude. There need to be better instructions posted before you pull in and have soap all over your windshield and cannot see. This was my first time there and I will never go back. I had my car detailed both inside and out. I must say, when I went to pick it up it looked like a new car! Scratches were buffed out (or what ever they do to get rid of scratches), washed and waxed. The inside of my car was filthy ... from muddy dog feet to spilled coffee and pop stains. The interior was shampooed and all perfectly cleaned. The staff all very polite and courteous. I've had my car detailed at various places around town over the years, but OK Car Wash is by far, the best from all the rest!! I will definitely return!! read more
