I went there today on my way home from the fire station to get my truck washed. Went through the car wash. Went to Giant Eagle for some groceries. Noticed the wheel wells were still dirty and there was still bird poop on the quarterpanels. Went back to the car wash within 30 minutes. Pulled up explained to the girl why I was back she stated "once you leave you can't come back". I said well if I don't get out of my truck and see that it's not clean how do I know it's not clean? She said "that's our policy". I said you guys have been advertising, pushing hard for new customers, and this is your attitude? She stayed, "we have plenty of new customers". I was like seriously? I left. I will never ever return to a place I supported for YEARS.

I pay something like thirty six dollars a month for unlimited washes. Admittedly, it's not the BEST car wash I've ever been to and the car isn't completely dry even with their blowers, but I finish the job when I get through it. I'll probably let the membership go now that I'm retired and don't frequent the area much anymore, but I do recommend one of their packages by the month.
