I stopped in Patriot car wash at 2:20 p.m. On a Friday and it seems to be rather busy but seeing as how it was a holiday weekend I totally understand. They have to man the self pay station cuz it appears they built the self pay station too far away from where would make practical sense and you'd have to almost open your door and get out of the car to enact the South payability therefore that's why they have to pay a guy to stay out there and operate the self pay station It actually is a really good car wash I did get the $14 car wash and while $14 is really really pricey it is exceptionally good job of removing all the salt and soap from my car. One thing they don't have is a pre wash where a guy comes around with a wand and does a little spraying in the areas where their car wash is typically Miss. I think one of my favorite features of this car wash is that at the very end it has these large rotating towel things that they're really good job of buffing your car out. And as a bonus you get free vacuum usage at the end of your car wash so there's that. Coupled with a free towel which is pretty much useless but the air freshener is pretty cool are we coming back again

I was confused upon pulling up on how to pay and the staff even started hosing my car down before I asked about payment. I am giving this car wash 4 stars, however, because I could tell how hard the staff were working and the wash did manage to get most of the bird poop off my car.

I have a monthly contract that allows me to get as many washes as I want any time I want for $19.95/mon. It's a great deal. Pays for itself with only 2 washes. Pulling into the wash the other employee did a great job of using the spray hose to start the wash, the run through the wash is smooth and seems to do a really good job of covering all areas of the car. One thing I had never seen before is at the end of the wash after the air dryers there is a large roller that seems very soft and adds a final buff to the hood, windshield, roof and trunk of the car. Inspecting the car after the wash I have to say that this may be the best car wash I have had in recent years. The car was fully clean, including the area by the rear bumper which is usually missed on my car. The car is shiny and even the tires were gleaming. If you are looking for a car wash in the Willoughby area you should give Willo Wash a try.

So if you don't like the line come back later when most people are usually home. It does take several minutes per car, some say over 4 minutes. Don't think I'd be quite happy if it was any shorter. It goes through all the stages depending on which level of wash you choose. Nothing touches your vehicle which I like. No tracks to drive up into. It's super simple and pay while you wait. I recommend not paying by cash unless you have the right amount. I got a ton of quarters change the first and only time I paid with a twenty. The only con I have is that last time I was there my car was barely dried off by the blowers.

There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. The man working was very nice and efficient. He even thanked me for giving them a try (like he had ESP). I was thrilled that they pre-spray. Inside I noticed the materials were soft, so this put me at ease. I've had horror stories in this department at other places. I really felt like I was getting a deep wash. I drove down the road and inspected the finished product. I must say my street salt beaten and battered baby looked good as new! The only thing I wish was that my tires were shinier.
