I had to call the service number on the sign, spoke with the owner about it. He was in the area so he came out and restarted the wash for me. Nice enough. The second visit I had no problems. The third visit, which occurred today, the system failed to engage the "rinse" mode, and did now wash any of the soap off my car. I called the service number again, hoping to speak with the owner. I was informed that the number for the wash was invalid. (This guy evidently gets 10-30 negative calls per day looking for the wash owner.) Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone to remedy the situation I spent an extra $2.00 at the self wash to rinse all the soap off before returning home. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the money if it's busted 2/3 visits and the owner doesn't want to field the calls.

Followed up by arriving to drop the vehicle off a day early as discussed and being met in the lot as I'm getting out of the vehicle with.."Can I help you?" "I have an appointment for tomorrow" "Oh yeah.." To them not even touching the vehicle till around noon the following day. 3 hrs later at 3pm received a call claiming to have wasted film because vehicle was in Valet mode. Even got "Don't you trust us!?" "Come get it!" I asked if it was done..and was told no. Just get it. All I could do is laugh at how unprofessional they were. Crazy thing is the Car still operates as normal in Valet. So have no idea what they had an issue with. It's a hybrid and These vehicles record everything now on apps. Install seemed fine until I went through a car wash a few weeks later- it was pouring buckets of water through the light in the roof of the car. He came out promptly to fix the seal & promised a new windshield if there were anymore issues. Isn't the right size, my parking pass can slide ALL the way down the dash into that space between the dash & glass, that didn't happen with factory glass. Now it's leaking again & I can't get anyone to return my calls or Yelp messages. I even paid a large tip. This "business" is a scam and owner told me he's bound by a non-compete with his previous employer 1/2 way through the install.
