I had to call the service number on the sign, spoke with the owner about it. He was in the area so he came out and restarted the wash for me. Nice enough. The second visit I had no problems. The third visit, which occurred today, the system failed to engage the "rinse" mode, and did now wash any of the soap off my car. I called the service number again, hoping to speak with the owner. Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone to remedy the situation I spent an extra $2.00 at the self wash to rinse all the soap off before returning home. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the money if it's busted 2/3 visits and the owner doesn't want to field the calls.

The car came out looking new.
