Awful customer service. I had a bed trim panel ripped off a newer regular sized pickup. Immediately filed in-person claim and spoke to the associates working who had to stop the wash to go in and retrieve the part. No local phone number, corporate number just tells you to contact the wash in person. Claim was reviewed in person with employees who agreed it was not a part that was "not applicable" for liability. Claim was denied over a year later without any correspondence. Garbage service. Management is worthless, no correspondence, no follow up and no accountability. read more

They never close when they say they are going to. Just went at 6:56 on a weekday (winter, 45 degrees, no bad weather). The employee was putting out the cones. The car ahead of me and another one behind were turned away. This has happened multiple instances and I've seen them close as much as 2 hours early in the past year. I don't know how much longer I will keep a membership to a place that is never open when I actually have time to go. It's fine when it's open though read more

It's nice when they're actually open. They close randomly during their normal business hour. It's frustrating because I don't get my car washed often and pay for the membership. The membership is worth it to me because I get a healthcare worker discount which is $22 a month for the most expensive wash which I believe is $24. I like that they have vacuums, towels and spray to clean your windows. This is very convenient. The wash is ok. I feel like it needs to go through twice which is only allowed if you ask them to let your through again. read more

This is not a touchless wash! There are typical brushes and other types of media that are known for breaking off antennas, putting swirl marks in your paint etc. Oftentimes closed for repairs, so the monthly unlimited packages are basically meaningless. read more

Fraud! It won't allow you to process your own transaction at the kiosk before entering the car wash. Young people take your card and ask you which car wash you want and then mysteriously the next month you receive a $41 charge for a membership that you were not told about and did not agree to. When you call to cancel this so-called membership they won't refund your money they will only stop future transactions from processing. read more

Compared to the other car washes I've been through, this one is excellent. They have many free vacuums, an air pressure hose (to clean dust out of nooks and crannies), a floor mat holder, window cleaner and rags, and a nice car wash. They offer the usual unlimited plans, but even their single washes are lower in price compared to Rainforest Car Wash. I actually like this carwash better than Rainforest, but Rainforest is much closer to home. My parents' car was filthy - had mud and rocks in the floorboards and mud all over the outside of the car. It needed washed badly. I vacuumed their car and had it washed with unercarriage cleaning. The car wash was $14.00 and it removed all of the mud in one pass. I was impressed. A lot of things are breaking down. Most of the time something is not working( vacuum,compressed air, dry towels & the actual car wash). It was nice when it opened but is going downhill fast. Went through the "car wash" and it was slightly better than when I went through. Don't waste your time and money. Go to Sgt clean or Buckeye. Not sure who owns it but they are not keeping it up. read more

Constantly dealing with broken equipment. Vacs not working. Compressed air hasn't worked in over a year. Towel bins are always empty. Mat cleaner has been broken forever and they put back out even though it doesn't work. Been there twice in the past month and the wash was down as well. Not worth a monthly membership when you can't use the services. read more

I had damage done to my vehicle. I filed a claim that day and have emailed three times. No one has responded even though the recorded message says they will respond to the email within 24 to 48 hours. I have been a member for years! read more

So I work the night shift and I wanted to get my car washed first thing in the morning after work. When I looked on the app, they said there was open at 8:00 AM. We pulled up around 8:30 and noticed some cones were up so we're thinking oh well maybe there was some section that was closed cause its early in the morning. We pulled into the intercom and wanted to see what if it was still let us through, a few seconds go by and a young man with a purple shirt and khaki pants on, came up to us aggressively and said you guys can't just go through cones like that and that he wanted only person working. I thought it was open and wanted to get a quick car wash and to cancel our membership. After he gave us attitude continuously and said well whatever I can still watch your car and give us attitude and raise his hands up, so we just left without getting our car wash and we are for sure canceling this membership. I understand being the only employee but he could've just said it differently and be more polite. read more

Love cleaning station area but clean cloths are often dirty When busy their dryers don't work at all They do not pick up phone ...took 7 calls waiting in cue (they would hang up when you got to front of cue) ......simple phone call (when they finally answered). I believe this is because the local number goes to a switchboard for the chain, not to someone at that location Didn't scan my plate, so I had to have employee come out EVERY time to scan me through....the issue was never resolved over entire month I'll give them a second chance and will change my review if it's a better experience Manager seems to be nice and works hard but needs to fix these issues read more

I went through the Mod wash not once, but twice today. The front of my car was still covered in bugs and dirt. Even the windshield was still dirty. The back of my car looked as though the water had never even touched it. I could draw with my finger in the dirt. When I complained, they said I should have bought the most expensive car wash. They refused to give me the better wash unless I paid for it again. So, I just gave them $10 for a car wash to not wash my car. Now they want me to pay them another $25 in the hopes that it will actually wash my car this time? I don't think so. They also refused to give me a refund. It's a very poor business ethic when a business refuses to stand behind their work. All I wanted was my car clean. Either do that or give me back my money. It's that simple. This place sucks as a car wash. AVOID! read more

Have been a customer since this location opened. Wash is decent, vacuums are good and the air pressure detailer and mat cleaner are a plus. The only complaints I have are that they have removed the disinfectant interior cleaner, the towels are always wet and the floor mat cleaner is only open half of the time. The only interior cleaner they have had available at the vacuum stations over the past few months is glass cleaner. After speaking with an employee it seems like they have removed it because people were taking it with them. Better oversight seems more effective than punishing the majority of honest customers. Reconsidering my membership, as the reason I committed to the membership in the first place was because of the convenience of being able to completely clean my car inside and out in one stop. Overall, the staff has been honest, helpful and provide great customer service to the best of their ability. read more
