I selected the $39.99 wash and the guys (4 of them!) barely wiped the surfaces. There was still hair, small crumbs and a sticky cup holder. When I asked if they cleaned the car they said yes and said if I wanted the surfaces wiped down more thoroughly I should have paid for the next level wash. Wtf. Basic spray and wipe is at a premium in Cleveland? I pay less in my hometown and get more for my money. I walked the young man through the car to show him what needed to be done and he sprayed something on the seat that he should not have. Unfortunately, when I did so, the facilities malfunctioned. And after a brief spray of water, i left as it stopped. I was disappointed and thought that I had made a mistake. However, when I looked them up on line, and sent the email to the website, I learned that they had already refunded my credit card. That spoke volumes to me, as I counted it as a loss. Simultaneous with the credit card refund, Tom, the manager of the facility called me and invited me to come by, at my convenience, for a free wash and offered to show me how it worked. He avised me that it was on their cameras and sorry to tell me, it was human error. I had even considered that on my part. He arranged, at my convenience to come by on my way to work and he showed me how to utilize the wash, at their cost. He could not have been more considerate, and I was extremely apprecitative about his time in making me completely whole when I had written off the price of the car wash. I will definately go back, and I thank Tom and North Olmsted Laser Wash, for their awesome customer service and a wash of my car, which was a month overdue, and very much in need of an awesome car wash. I highly recommend them, if you don't already utilize them. If you are even slightly hesitant, just look for his gray truck sticking out at the back of the carwash. He is there, ready to assist you, as he did me. Thank you again, Tom, and North Olmsted Laser Wash!!!

Every other laser wash I've ever been to includes those items in their $10 wash. The wash itself was mediocre at best, unless your vehicle happens to be a perfect cube. Add in some curves on your vehicle and this wash will miss just about all of them. In the future, I'll be sure to go to another wash or just wait for better weather and wash it myself for real. Our vehicles deserve better. And another thing... The wash is cramped in on the lot they own, so it's a pretty tight turn to make it to the pay booth before the wash. I don't like risking damage to my car just to get her a half a$$ wash.

Instead, there's a little note by the coin slot warning you to wait 1 second between depositing quarters. And if you screw up? There is no way for the machine to return your money, so you either have to pony up more quarters or else you are SOL. It costs $2.50 to get the initial four minute wash and there's no indication that adding quarters beyond that amount adds to your time. The car wash tools are also substandard. The length of tube for the foaming brush is short, making it difficult to reach the front of the car. The machine is also limited to basic Rinse, Soap, Foaming Brush, and Wax functions. I don't often go beyond those choices, though I did miss the Spot Free Rinse. The only plus I can think of is that the change machine, along with vending machines for Armor All, towels, etc., is inside a little room in the middle of the structure. So if it's raining...then why are you washing your car?

Vacuums have enough power to clean up your interior, and while I never used the mat cleaning station because I use all weather mats (only for cloth mats), it's there to use (50/50 chance -- I've seen it locked as many times I've seen it unlocked). My biggest complaint is how quick the wash is. I feel like they have the rails moving your car at double speed compared to other washes -- and I do feel because of it the basic wash option always leaves your car dirty. Every time I did the basic wash the back of my car always looked neglected. So, I recommend going a trim up (if you can) or go elsewhere.

My warning for the wings is to not order them if you are in a hurry, they do take roughly 9 minutes to make which I learned the hard way (can't blame them, they tell you right away). The chicken/macaroni sandwich was delicious and way better then you should be getting or even expecting. The wings were top notch as well, lightly breaded, fried, and packing a bit of crunch.
