I paid $79.99 for the intimate wash ( interior and exterior). Over 1 hour was spent by the detailer while I waited. I spent over an hour vacuuming and wiping down my car after "they were complete" and couldn't waste any more of my life at this place. I cleaned the door frames, windows, dash, door panels, and I vacuumed again. All windows were dirty with water spots inside and out. Hand prints and smudges of Armor All were all over the car door frames and windows. Armor All was supposed to be applied to the interior. But big sections of each door and the dash were left untreated. I had to wipe down several other areas that were completely missed including the steering wheel and armrest in the center console. The car is spotless now, thanks to me. I should have read Yelp before going to this place This was the worst car wash I had ever been to for the money they expect to be paid. A quick $10 drive-thru would have been better. I would give zero stars on this app if I knew how. The young man worked his tail off on the car as I watched. I cannot blame him for the poor training. When he was done, the car was inspected by someone who appeared to be a more senior person. Clearly even someone more senior here doesn't know the basics of washing a car and a simple wiping down of the interior. I highly do not recommend anyone to waste their money here. My car and I had a great experience at Andy's, even on a busy Saturday. I'm grateful for their efficiency and range of wash/detailing options. The gentleman did try to sell me a monthly membership but wasn't too pushy or aggressive when I advised that I didn't live in the area and simply wasn't interested. The good news is that my car is the cleanest it's been in quite a while. It wasn't a perfect job (definitely noticed some missed spots on the exterior) but absolutely satisfactory for the price - $30 for interior, exterior and tires. The waiting room was incredibly comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating and snacks/drinks available for purchase. The only thing I found odd was that the cashier announced that my car was ready and made It seem as if it has been finished for a while....but I had no way of knowing that. Other folks were advised directly by an employee and escorted to their vehicles but maybe it works both ways. Hard to tell. Either way, my car was indeed ready expeditiously so all's well that ends well! read more

Once or twice a year i get it waxed for $75. These svc all come w a next free wash. I have a bad back & the climbing around the car days are only in an emergency. Also the car wash recycles their water so no phosphates in the lake. That algae bloom is serious shit and home car washers are a major cause of that runoff into the sewer. It took 20 years to get this bad & it'll take 20 years to fix it, but it's how I start. It's also sewage & fertilizer but when u gotta go u gotta go! Was referred by a friend to come here for a car wash which was much needed after moving here. Service was friendly and as advertised the Ultimate Bath which is $59.99 took around 40-60 minutes to complete. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility and the waiting area was nice and included complimentary coffee. For the price and time spent on the car I expected to find less areas that were still dirty, I only noticed one spot initially but later noticed more dirt accumulated that wasn't wiped off. The nice gentleman did ask me if I saw anything he would make sure to fix it and clean it so I commend them on the communication and willingness to ensure the product of their services are done to the customers satisfaction. I will return but make sure to do a better look over before driving away. read more

I just got my car detailed here. I specifically got "interior recondition". To start off, I was referred here by my manager who had good things to say. I have an SUV and prices for detailing are outrageous (I can understand why in some circumstances) but for what I needed, the interior recondition was reasonably priced. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews to be honest. I actually believe it's probably a bunch of Karens because my experience was great. I requested a date online, they called me and told me I had to drop it off at 8 am on the date of my appt and keep it there (tentatively) until 6pm. They finished by 4! I had to give them a $30 deposit but my car was spotless. Looks brand new despite some things that could not be fixed. I would definitely be back for service. Please don't listen to these reviews. Been going to Andy's even prior to Andy's and when they first opened years ago under Aquisonic. I even had a pic taken with my car and hung up on the wall like they used to do many years ago. Simply put I would not be going to this car wash for all these years if they had poor service. Andy the owner is a respectable buisness owner. In all these years I had 1 issue with a mirror and was handled professionally and fairly. After all these years 1 issue is remarkable considering how many times I have gone. We are talking close to 500 - 600 times of service with 1 issue. That is an excellent rating and almost near rare. To say the least I am very pleased through the years with service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ unless you are willing to be disappointed. I drove all the way from Gordon square to this car wash yesterday to have my NEW VAN (2020 Toyota Sienna w/ 8k miles) that looks brand new, detailed from the inside because the floor looked like it needed mopping from all the dust from wheelchair marks from previous owner that were not bad at all as well as the leather seats, windows etc. Because I am a paraplegic and being in an electric wheelchair doesn't allow me to lean forward to do it myself otherwise I would do a much better job than they did especially for $67 and if I try and tolerate the back pain I probably would it from my wheelchair. When I got there the guy gave me a list of prices for in and out and I chose the one for $75 but when he found out that I could not let anyone drive my van because there is no driver seat since It is where my wheelchair is positioned for me to be able to drive, I told him they can just do the interior because the outside looked fine and I do have a monthly subscription at a soft touch car wash down the street that I enjoy very much for convenience. But since I needed extra help with cleaning the floors, windows and wiping off the dust from seats I was willing to pay for the extra work and it is why I chose Andy's. He told me that since they will only do the interior they will discount the original price. When I went inside to pay after parking my van for the work to be done, the lady inside charged me $67 which I thought was a bit extra because there is no way they only charge $8 for an exterior wash but I didn't say anything because I was super exited with getting my new van and I was willing to treat myself and pay to make it look perfect plus I am a clean freak. After I payed I went outside watching the guy doing his work and I could not believe when he approached me less than 10 minutes to tell me my van is done. I saw no mopping done and when I asked him how could it be and did he mop my floor since it has rubber flooring, he stated they do not do that and they only spray with this product that helps clean surfaces and my floor can not be mopped and the obvious dirty floor from was not perfectly cleaned but he didn't think it was bad but the floor looked like it was swept and that was it even with whatever spray they used. The windows were cleaned and the dashboard and my leather seat were wiped off but not thoroughly because I could still see dust on the edges of the seats but for $67 I certainly expected a whole lot more especially for the fact that I told him I could not lean over and I needed the floor done perfectly and mopped and he confirmed that it was ok and they could do that only to find out that they really did not. But had I not already payed and was told that they were not going to mop the floor, I would have left and bought a swifter mop and did a much better job myself from my wheelchair. Maybe it would have taken me an hour to do it but I would have been much happier and with extra $67 in my bank acct. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I go there nor refer anyone to this place because as a disabled person, I feel that certain things are obvious that we need help with but in this world nowadays many people and businesses use our disadvantage to make a profit by screwing us in the worse way possible just like Andy's auto wash did to me yesterday. But God is great and I believe that we all reap what we sow. Please do not refer any disabled person to this place. read more

Of any car wash in the area, Andy's is one of, if not the cheapest option. Since it was my first time here I signed up for the rewards program and got a free exterior wash, which is normally $8. Most car washes charge 2-3x that price. When I was done, I was just as satisfied as I would have been from anywhere else. Went to Andy's to get my car washed. I was convinced by the man working at the pay kiosks, to sign up for the their ultimate plan. He claimed it "does the best job!" When I pulled out of the wash to wait for my hand towel dry. I sat there for about 8-10 minutes while four attendants were working on one car, nobody ended up coming over to dry my car. The little area for drying is small and got congested with cars trying to wait so I pulled off. When I began looking over my car I noticed soap all over the car, salt and dirt still left on the car, and a deep scrape on my passenger side of the car from the brush mechanism. I paid $36 to leave with a dirty and damaged vehicle. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go here. If I could give zero stars I would. POOR operations and customer service. I went to Andy's today for an inside/outside car wash like I have done numerous times over the past decade. There were only a few cars in line so I expected to be in and out in no time. They apparently were experiencing some sort of system glitch which was preventing the gates from lifting and lowering which caused excessive delays. I ended up sitting there for about a half hour with no one giving me updates or instructions on what to do, how to exit the line since my time was limited, etc. I was basically trapped. Andy's was very poorly operated today and the customer service was non-existent. I get system errors occurring occasionally, but at least take care of the customer service by communicating with waiting customers. I WILL NOT be visiting Andy's again any time soon. read more

I am not exactly sure why everyone has their panties in a bunch. If you read these reviews, you'd think this place was horrible. I have been coming to Andy's for years. YEARS. The same people have been employed here the entire time I have been coming and I am absolutely in love with the service and the price of this car wash. $54 including tax gets me UNLIMITED top of the line car washes and light detailing inside my car. This car wash is thorough, the staff is always friendly and I never wait more than 30 minutes for them to finish. What more can you ask for? Well, I would love a foot massage and a donut, but hey....beggars cannot be choosers. Andy is a really nice guy to boot. Knowing and liking the owner of the establishment you frequent makes the experience that much better. The only reason they are getting 4 and not 5 stars is because this place is a PAIN to get in and out of.....and as of late, they have been having some issues with the car wash. So, I come with the intent of getting a clean car, and leave disappointed. But, since they are always upgrading and improving, I give them the benefit of the doubt. read more

I've occasionally visited Andy's in the past and have been pleased with their service. However when something unpleasant occurs and 2 levels of management back up the inane protocol without hearing the customer, that turns one pretty seriously off. I pulled into Andy's this afternoon. There was a single car in their 4 lanes. I erroneously pulled up in an exterior lane when I'd planned to have my car's interior cleaned. In the car with me were my 11 and 8 year old daughters. I got out of the car and started taking some things out of the trunk. The attendant at the gate came up to me and informed me that I couldn't do that. "Even if there no one behind you, someone might pull up." And of course as he said that, a car pulled up behind me. Evidently exasperated, the attendant told me to do this elsewhere. For what might have taken me 30 seconds, I was asked to drive around and return ready in the right lane. My 11 year old asked me, "Daddy, what was wrong with that guy?". I decided to give feedback on my experience and asked to speak with a manager. A twenty year old with zero social skills arrived and proceeded to tell me that the attendant was following policy set by the general manager. I asked to speak with this GM, and received a similarly caustic response. This fella seemed to take pleasure in putting me in my place. Obviously I'm never coming back. Yes, I accidentally entered the wrong lane, and had not done my homework. But in the larger scheme of things, as a customer I think one is entitled to minor concessions and service with a smile. On a slow day at a 4 lane car wash, when I was inconveniencing no one, I think this behavior was absurd. The managers' reaction and attitude was astonishing, and that's what really triggered this review. read more

I came into the car wash needing to get a wash and interior. I left with only the interior done and the exterior of the car not clean. Why? Because they broke the window AND the car door handle so they couldn't rightfully take it through the wash. Now, I also have to get me my door handle AND car window fixed by a mechanic costing me who knows what. The owner himself, Andy, refused to discount me and refused to fix the car door handle that they broke. In fact, he was going to force me to walk to an atm to pay cash to make sure I would not dispute the payment on my card (which I have no intention of doing). Absolutely brilliant. I'm a big fan of Andy's Autowash and have been a customer of their Unlimited Carwash Club for a few years. Their "Superclean" service, which is an inside/outside package for around $50, is just shy of a detailing, in my opinion, for a 1/4 of the cost. While it's not a full detail, it's pretty darn good. My $14.99 per month Exterior Express wash is such a good deal that I often drive through even when my ride isn't that dirty. It's as simple as pulling up to the gate and the sensor reads the barcode sticker on your car. My only deduction is the blow dryer at the end - it used to be a LOT better than it is now, despite the upgrades. Nonetheless, I'm an Andy's fan. read more

Initially, I wanted to rate this place 5 stars. I dropped my Jeep off for the "Ultimate Bath" at $54.99. I went inside, sat down in their waiting area, and waited for my Jeep. About an hour later, a gentleman came in and said that the dog hair in my truck was taking a while to vacuum out. He said that since I had already waited nearly an hour, he wanted to see if I was comfortable waiting another 10-15 minutes. I thought that was phenomenal customer service and was very grateful they cared about my wait and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. About 10 minutes later, they called me, the truck looked amazing, so I tipped the guy and drove home. Once home, I had to load up the truck with a few things, and that's when i realized the trunk was still utterly covered in dog hair. It was then that I realized that the guy didn't care about my wait or satisfaction, and instead was concerned my truck was taking longer than the allotted time it was taking to clean. I personally don't care if it f takes 20 minutes or 3 hours. If I'm paying money for a service, I expect that service to be completed, regardless of time it takes to complete. So if you want to get as much work done as possible in the amount of time they allow per vehicle, they do a great job. If you're looking for a complete job however, it better not be too dirty or require too much work, otherwise, it won't get done. Here is a picture of my trunk AFTER I spent about 10 minutes vacuuming it. I spent another 30 minutes to complete the job. I went in today with a soda stain on my front seat and not only did they do a great job getting the stain out but someone had recently hit my mirror and dislodged the casing. One of the staff put my mirror back together without me even asking and it looks brand new. Probably not a hard thing if you know cars, but I don't and I thought the kindness of the staff to do that was exceptional. They also did a once over of my dashboard, which again I didn't request, at no extra charge and my car looked great when I got back in. I came in to remove a stain and got absolutely exceptional service. I do all my details through Andy's and they really showed today that they appreciate their customers. Unfortunately I can't review the work done because there will be none. This review is about the "appointment" process. Being a first time customer to detailing, I asked for and received a referral. I was told they do a great job and it takes roughly an hour to complete. I reached out and was told I needed to make a deposit to hold my "appointment". I said great, let's go 6 days out. Was told fine, bring it in around 8-8:30 on your "appointment" date. I received a reminder call the night before and was informed that it will take 2 1/2 hours or all day depending on when the days "appointments show up". Being not familiar with the detailing process or their business policies I was not pleased with this change. I fully thought I had a rock solid "appointment" for my book of business. Again, unfortunately, this did not work into my schedule. I was then informed there was no refund available as it was less than 24 hours of my "appointment", but it was within 24 hours of their close time. read more

Set up an appointment at Andy's for my wife's car for a full detail, interior and exterior. Arrived at the scheduled time as was quickly greeted by the service tech that was going to detail the car. We did a walk around of the car and reviews areas to be cleaned and left alone, I opted out of having the engine bay cleaned. The detailing took approximately 2 3/4 hours from time of walk around till done. The car looked very good, nice wax job on the exterior and the interior was spotless clean. The service tech had placed the floor mats in the truck and advised that I should not put them in the main cabin for at least 24 hours to let the carpet dry. read more

I was not impressed with Andy's. I went for the first time today and they did a terrible job! I bought the "Super Clean" package ($50). When I got my car back (almost an hour later), it was still FILTHY! They did an awful job vacuuming, they didn't even wipe out my cup holders - they still have visible residue all over. My seats were not wiped off either. I went back to complain in a very polite manner and the manager was very quick to come at me in a mean tone: "they only have 20 minutes to extra clean with that package!" I asked what they did in the hour they had my car because I could have done much more than that in "extra 20 minutes" none the less an hour! He was very unapologetic and rude!
