I selected the $39.99 wash and the guys (4 of them!) barely wiped the surfaces. There was still hair, small crumbs and a sticky cup holder. When I asked if they cleaned the car they said yes and said if I wanted the surfaces wiped down more thoroughly I should have paid for the next level wash. Wtf. Basic spray and wipe is at a premium in Cleveland? I pay less in my hometown and get more for my money. I walked the young man through the car to show him what needed to be done and he sprayed something on the seat that he should not have. Terrible service and the folks working there make the case for robots.

They have a spot before the bay that you can do your windshield (bug wash) and wheel wash. I didn't bother with those so I can't comment on them. I went to the window and gave my car wash ticket. The employee was really friendly and explained how it worked. Drove around the corner to the wash bay and was directed into the wash. The employee there was really friendly as well. I saw vacuums to the right of the wash bay. It's soft cloth washes which is nice. The dryer is very strong but my car was still bit wet when I left but it dried while driving home. There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...

Vacuums have enough power to clean up your interior, and while I never used the mat cleaning station because I use all weather mats (only for cloth mats), it's there to use (50/50 chance -- I've seen it locked as many times I've seen it unlocked). My biggest complaint is how quick the wash is. I feel like they have the rails moving your car at double speed compared to other washes -- and I do feel because of it the basic wash option always leaves your car dirty. Every time I did the basic wash the back of my car always looked neglected. So, I recommend going a trim up (if you can) or go elsewhere.

There is no way for the machine to return your money, so you either have to pony up more quarters or else you are SOL. It costs $2.50 to get the initial four minute wash and there's no indication that adding quarters beyond that amount adds to your time. The car wash tools are also substandard. The length of tube for the foaming brush is short, making it difficult to reach the front of the car. The machine is also limited to basic Rinse, Soap, Foaming Brush, and Wax functions. I don't often go beyond those choices, though I did miss the Spot Free Rinse. However, when I looked them up on line, and sent the email to the website, I learned that they had already refunded my credit card. That spoke volumes to me, as I counted it as a loss. Simultaneous with the credit card refund, Tom, the manager of the facility called me and invited me to come by, at my convenience, for a free wash and offered to show me how it worked. He avised me that it was on their cameras and sorry to tell me, it was human error. I had even considered that on my part.
