I got my car washed at the Mayfield Village location and purchased the $15 car wash and found the cleaning of my black sedan was unacceptable! There was dirt on the windows just past the side view mirrors and after I got home I realized the sides and back of the car along with the wheels were still filthy. Not worth the money or my time. I will never use this car wash again. read more

I have to agree with Eric, who posted a review also. The Northfield location was recently "remodeled " and my car's rear hatch and rear window were filthy after the wash I purchased today ! I prefer the towel dry at the end of the wash as it was before the "remodel". Time to find a new car wash. read more

They just remodeled the brushes/rollers. They did a terrible job cleaning my jeep. They also got rid of the towel dry, my vehicle was still covered in water and soap! Not only is the cleaning now incredibly subpar, i don't even get a dry vehicle? I've had a monthly pass for years, and I will be canceling it permanently. This is by far the best car wash around. My SUV is sparkling clean after even the $12 basic level Wheely Wash. Even the back is very clean where others totally miss the mark. Nice touch to have the hand dry finish service. I stop here whenever I am in Northfield. read more

There are few car washes in metro Atlanta, where I currently live. The ones we do have are intense: you have to get out of the car while it is being washed. In the midwest (or wherever Ohio is located), car washes are par for the course. My parents love this one, and when I'm home, I am tasked often with getting my mother's car washed. Wheely Clean does the trick. The basic wash costs $10. I rarely am more than one car away from getting the car sprayed down and sudsy. I usually tip a dollar to the two dudes who hand dry the car after one makes it through the conveyer belt portion of the wash. Sometimes it is a pain to try and turn left out of the car wash onto Aurora Rd. Other than that, this is a very convenient and easy-to-enter-and-exit place run by friendly folks. read more

This place is a scam. Please be aware. My husband bought me a gift card with six washes on it. The first wash was fine, no problems. At the second wash they said the card had malfunctioned and that they were having this issue a lot. They took the gift card, wrote my phone number on it and said someone would call me. After a week with no call I called and talked to a manger. He took my number and said he would sort it out and call me back. Another 5 days and still no call. Today I went to Wheely Clean. Spoke to a kid who said he was the manager but then wasn't able to help me. He gave me another phone number to call. I would think twice about using this vendor for a gift card or monthly wash program. read more

I went in with maple tree sap on my car. The attendant told me the high pressure wash would probably not get it off. He told me I may have to have it detailed. He suggested the basic wash since the higher priced one would do the same job. He then proceeded to hand scrub the marks on my car and after the wash EVERYTHING CAME OFF! Don't get honest outstanding service anymore and this place is an exception. SIMPLY THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE HAD ANY WHERE IN A LONG LONG TIME! Customer for life! read more

"Wheely Pop" is more like it. Be weary of this car wash because if it damages your car like it did mine (mostly SUVs, trucks and mini vans they admitted), they will only replace your tire and not the damage to your vehicle. My husband took my 2012 Honda Odyssey in for a regular wash and the damaged guide rail popped my front tire causing the front end of my van to fall on the rails. As he backed out, the rails damaged the bumper to the tune of $600. Not only was this "family owned" business not interested in dealing with the damage their car wash caused (and that they admitted caused the damage), they refused my request for any compensation. Said it's not their policy to fix cars older than 5 years. Yes, there is a sign that says this exact thing next to the entrance, however, I wouldn't have imagined that after admitting fault, they would still tell me to pound sand. That's not a company with integrity and not one I would recommend to anyone who values their hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and avoid being ripped off and treated as if you don't matter and take your business down the street to Laser Wash. There's no possibility of this happening and Laser Wash is actually better. read more

This carwash is where I usually go because it's close enough to get to. I was extremely happy with them in the beginning eventually purchased a 30 day pkg for as many washes I needed. I tip the towel dryers fairly well, $5/$8 as they do a good job and rely on tips mostly. Unfortunately the last few times I've gone I've ended up driving out to finish the job myself. Since, I've been disappointed. For the price of a carwash I expect it to be completely dry as best possible especially since I tip well. I agree with other reviews it is difficult to get in and out of if you're on the opposite side of RT 82. read more

I went to this place for the first time today. There a few options for your car wash, and they can do exterior and interior.... But from what I understood you have to get the exterior cleaned in order to get the interior cleaned. I opted for the exterior and interior, which was $32. I lived in Dallas before moving here and would pay $15 for this same thing (maybe even better quality) exterior and interior. So I thought it was a bit pricey, but this may be average for the area, not sure. My car looked nice when it was done, but they didn't wash the windows on the inside and didn't wipe the dash inside. Service was pretty good, I spoke to a man inside who may have been the manager, who was super nice. Most everyone else was friendly as well, except for one guy vacuuming who was a little rude (maybe he was just having an off day? Who knows). Overall, it was a alright experience and if I return I would opt for just the exterior wash. read more
