I have a monthly contract that allows me to get as many washes as I want any time I want for $19.95/mon. It's a great deal. Pays for itself with only 2 washes. They do use brushes though, so I wouldn't take a car with special paint through. But average, everyday, grocery getters are fine. Plus, they have free vacuums for the interior.

My car came out clean! Much better than a laser wash. Much better than gas station washes or even…read morecertain car dealership washes I've tried (Metro Lexus). There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...

Worst car wash & interior clean I've ever experienced. Interior was not clean. Did not realize…read moretill I pulled away that no windows were cleaned, floor mats were so wet that there were puddles on them. Guy who dried the exterior did a horrible job. No door jams were wiped/dried, windshield under wipers were not wiped off, did not open hatch on my suv to dry inside the rear hatch sill. Overall could not be more disappointed and especially with respect to the price. $53 was not well spend.

There was someone in the booth, but I could tell they were not just starting the process. No one ever greeted me or set an expectation. In fact, one of the guys mid service walked by me and lit a cigarette and kept walking. Towards the end of the service of the other car, the owner of the place pulled up behind me and waved over one guys. The other car was in the payment process. Again, walked right past me never said anything. The owner gave him some instructions to do something (later I drove by and I saw them cleaning his car). I left at that point and went next door and got an oil change in 10 mins. Fast forward 30 mins, I went back because my initial intention was to get a car wash and oil change. I pulled back into their location. Waited another 5 minutes behind a car that was getting vacuumed. Both the kids saw me, and never approached or even signaled. I don't blame the employees. I blame the owner. He clearly doesn't have a customer centric mindset or environment. I say this because he had zero issue with pausing his operation to address his own needs of washing his black Mercedes. I am a local resident and typically have a great deal patience; however, this place is poorly run and would not recommend it to anyone. Please don't try and make up to me with a coupon, or something to that effect. If you do anything, change your customer service policies and set an example.

I was confused upon pulling up on how to pay and the staff even started hosing my car down before I asked about payment. I am giving this car wash 4 stars, however, because I could tell how hard the staff were working and the wash did manage to get most of the bird poop off my car.

I stopped in Patriot car wash at 2:20 p.m. On a Friday and it seems to be rather busy but seeing as how it was a holiday weekend I totally understand. They have to man the self pay station cuz it appears they built the self pay station too far away from where would make practical sense and you'd have to almost open your door and get out of the car to enact the South payability therefore that's why they have to pay a guy to stay out there and operate the self pay station It actually is a really good car wash I did get the $14 car wash and while $14 is really really pricey it is exceptionally good job of removing all the salt and soap from my car. One thing they don't have is a pre wash where a guy comes around with a wand and does a little spraying in the areas where their car wash is typically Miss. I think one of my favorite features of this car wash is that at the very end it has these large rotating towel things that they're really good job of buffing your car out. And as a bonus you get free vacuum usage at the end of your car wash so there's that.
