Michael arrived and went to work. He was very friendly and explained all questions I tossed his way. He dug up the area at the end of the tank and found the PVC pipe leading out to be clogged so he probed for the distribution box and called in the team that dug it up. Once that happened they jetted the entrance pipes to the drain field and then replaced the distribution box and PVC pipes. The 2nd crew used the backhoe with great skill and the entire job took about 6-7 hours. If you need any septic repairs done, Absolute Septic really does the job well and are very knowledgeable at it. I'm not sure if the company changed management, ownership or just the drivers but service has not been the same in the past year. This month alone I've had to call and let them know my trash was not picked up. This last time is what made me aggravated and upset. Earlier this month, they didn't pick up our trash when I called the rep gives you a "script" of reasons why they didn't pick up but can see they came by my house. Ok none of those reasons apply to me so what's next??? After she spoke with the drivers they acknowledged the fact they didn't pick it up and were going back. Fast forward to this week. Same exact thing happened! SMH. I called, spoke with the same lady and once again same scripted response. I stopped her and told her none of those apply and this has happened before. Literally a week ago. Actually this has happened 3 times if not more but twice in this month (June). She wanted to look into and speak with the manager. Blah blah. After not hearing anything from them. I called back and spoke with another rep which informed me "it seems like all the accounts on your block have been locked except yours. Not sure why they didn't stop" mind you the previous lady stated they went by around 5am. So when I questioned that statement I was told "oh she was looking at the other street" At this point just say the drivers don't want to do their job bc this is happening way too much and my account is paid up. So no excuse! So, she stated the drivers would be coming back out and they notified the manager and placed the info on the drivers calendar. Which to me is nonsense bc it's the same route for years!! Nothing has changed. Why remind them of an address they should already know to pick up. Oh, I also mentioned that the drivers back (reverse) all the way down our street to pick up the trash. After all of that they finally pick up our trash 2 days later, oh and take the trash can!!! Way beyond annoyed. I called back and speak with a 3rd rep who gives a bogus reason of how the can could have ended up in their truck. Which doesn't add up bc one of the guys gets out of the truck to latch the can onto the dispenser to unload it and places the can back himself. So to say it could've landed in the truck bc the crane grabbed it too hard is nonsense. At this point , I just want to speak with a manager or have a return call from the manager. As of date, no call from "said manager" smh
