New to North Carolina and bought an empty house with no history and no owner to all about the septic tank and when it was last pumped. Called Joe and he and Elsa came out a couple of days later. Because we are new to septic they not only educated me on our system, showed me how to do things like clean filters and where lines were running they supplied me with amazing links to better understand our system. On top of that he diagnosed an issue and gave me the name and number to an AMAZING plumber. Their price was cheaper than the other 4 companies I called and he was the only one who seemed to care that we know nothing about our system and wanted to be educated. He is extremely knowledgeable about septic systems and keeps on top of all current practices, including reading up on the newest EPA reports. What a wonderful experience! Joe was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. We had never used a septic company and were so pleased we chose him. He came out to clean tanks and general maintenance as well as showing us how to keep the system running properly by cleaning the filter if we chose to do that ourselves. We had gurgling in the drains when running the washing machine and called Neuse River based on recommendations from the neighbors. They came out next day, showed me we needed pumping ( tanks were full ) and cleaned the filter.
