There was a misunderstanding between my conversation with the office the day prior and what they were told to expect when they arrived, which set off the individual who I think is one of the owners. The also did not put everything back completely, and I get the task of going out there and finishing their attempt to seal up the lid. Ultimately, the issue was resolved, but at what I would consider an outrageous fee for the work performed.

The employees are friendly and take the time to explain how the septic system you have works and if it is up to code. They also took the time to make sure the rest of the system was in working order.
