Very quick service and very professional. Great customer service! They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. Some suggestions for improvement: Please ask them if you have a septic field versus a tank and how big it is. They also tried to sell me risers (which I found are nice but not necessary). When I told them I couldn't afford it though they were very professional and didn't push any further. Overall a good company and I would use them again but now I know to ask more questions next time. read more

I'd strongly recommend these guys. Mr. Anthony Freeman was the service engineer who came out to pump our septic. He was super helpful and really made sure the job was done well. I could not be more disappointed in this company!! First the worker told me that he was going to have to "damage/bend" my fence to be able to get to my septic tank. He then began to say he was going to my tank "uncovered" so I would know where my septic is located. I told him that I would prefer him cover it up since I have dogs and I will be able to see where the fresh dirt had been dug. He then said that, "my husband" could put the dirt back for me. I told him I did not have a husband. He then proceeded to say, "well as pretty as you sound on the phone, you must have a boyfriend?!" I again said, "no I do not." He then asked me "do I even like men?!" I was mortified!!! What kind of company asks these questions to a customer?! He then wanted me to meet him at my house for payment and I told him I was told that I could call the next day to pay. At this point I'm afraid to go home while he is still there because he has tried to hit on me and I sat in a parking lot for 1 hour waiting for him to leave my house, watching him on my cameras. I then called and complained to Deborah and she apologized and I asked to speak with the owner. When the owner finally did call me, he stated that, "he doesn't mean any harm and his mouth gets ahead of him." This is your response?! This is NOT okay. Very unprofessional. Just because he's from the "south"? Well so am I and I would never say that to someone, and a customer at that. I have been a sexual assault victim in the past and this brought up so much PTSD for me and the company didn't even lower the price after this all happened. I will never be using their services again since they have clearly have no remorse for what that worker said to me and mentally put me through. Find another company that won't "damage" your fence and will be respectable to you!! read more

I have used Hardee's to pump my septic tank in the past and they did a good job. When it came time for a septic tank inspection for a new home I called them. They came out and were thorough, however the problem started when the guy that came out said there were some problems that needed to be fixed. He said it would all be in his report. He did however tell me that day roughly how much the repairs would be. When we got the report many things he told us verbally on the day of the inspection either weren't in the report or were watered down to make them seem like minor issues (like trees planted in the drain field). My wife called and talked to the owner and he acknowledged what was said the day of the inspection but stated oh well we can't put that in our report. It has caused numerous issues with our purchasing the house and trying to get the septic issues fixed by the seller. I won't ever use them again. Oh and when we asked them for an written estimate on the repairs that were in the inspection report the owner said "we don't do repairs", even though the day of the inspection the guy was telling me how much it would be for them to fix the problems. Total waste of my money to have them do the septic inspection. Why do an inspection, then tell someone what is wrong but refuse to put it in your report? It just doesn't make sense. They have lost a customer. read more

We have used this company in the past with now issues and is why we called them again. Today the company rep showed up and began pumping our septic tank. At some point the tank or hose on the truck began to back up, the rep set the hose on the ground and went to the truck. While at the truck the blockage/backup ran down the hose and sewage waste was being dumped into our backyard. From the look of the sewage it was somewhere between 50-100 gallons. We were furious that something like thus could happen and locked our dogs inside to address the issue. The fix for the sewage dump was not a refund for the service we paid for now did the company offer to clean up the massive dump in our backyard. To make it even worse the boss was called and provided an "I'm sorry". Really? So we spent over an hour digging up, watering down and disposing of the sewage that was dumped by them into our yard. We should have received a refund but since that did not occur we will ensure that all our neighbors know not to use this company. Sad that a company does not care about customer service. read more
