I was EXTREMELY pleased with their customer service and expertise at the first scheduling phone call. They arrived on-time and I received a courtesy call in-advance of their arrival. When Joe came out to pump the tank, he did an inspection first and notified me the tank was working perfectly and did not need to be pumped for another 1-3 years. It is harder and harder to find honest operators anywhere these days and working with Joe and Dianne was refreshing. They have VERY reasonable rates, too!
