The dust was located on baseboards, lighting fixtures, flooring, kitchen countertops, and also in my kitchen cabinet interiors. With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered. Thank you again!

There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing. The renovation dust was gone, everything felt fresh and spotless, and we were able to walk into a space that genuinely felt ready for us to move into. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with or felt needed to be redone. It was such a seamless and stress-free experience, especially after dealing with all the work involved in a renovation. Great communication, punctual service, excellent attention to detail, and most importantly, excellent results. I would absolutely book them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning or post-renovation cleaning.

This week we had Janet and Sandy as the team and they did a wonderful job including in my daughter's room, which is always a challenge (baby dolls everywhere...so many baby dolls). Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

Rather than have me send photos, he came here and we went over everything I wanted done. No other company I contacted during my search offered to do this, but Rey did when I first spoke to him. Rey and Dharlynz were courteous and totally focused on their job. Rey was the person on his knees in the kitchen scrubbing off years of old wax. They scoured and cleaned my kitchen from the ceiling to the floor. This included washing inside and outside (glass) of my cupboards and then relined them. All my shelves were washed. Old wax was removed from both kitchen and bathroom floors. They even washed the glass on the overhead lights. My kitchen hasn't been this clean in years!! I will never hire any other company. I highly recommend that you put them at the top of your list whenever you need a cleaning company which is dedicated to doing exactly what you want. You will not be disappointed.
