They contacted me last week and we set up the appointment which occurred yesterday. Lights are fully functional and they replaced the transformer with an updated version. Everything is operational and back to how it should be. Hopefully for those of you waiting, service can be performed sooner rather than later. Updating my review back to five stars. Hopefully it holds as long as service and warranty support are operational. Installed lights about two years ago. From the very beginning, issues with synchronizing lights, using phone and app. Several months later ultimately identified as the control box which needed to be replaced. The service manager for my area was fantastic. Admitted to me that multiple sections of the lights were installed incorrectly, but luckily he could fix them. Intermittent issues with lights since then, but they were repaired relatively quickly.

After 4 days Tanner came back and said there was nothing he could do & there offer was full price. When i asked him about what we talked about he replied " Look we are not hurting for business, and our price is our price. We are a business and are primary focus is to make profit... thats economics". There quote was $14,000. It was easy to say NO, because i knew they didn't value my business or me as a customer. Within 2 days another company came out and did a bid for the same Jelly Fish Lighting system.... $8500!!! A $5,500 difference ! I didn't even have to ask for a discount, i just paid there price. I would encourage you to not work with Nite Scapes without getting 2 other bids. A business thats not willing to value the sale & value the client at purchase doesn't deserve your business. I offered the solution of suspending the wire from the house to the detached garage and didn't get a quote on the demolition free option. I then just asked to have it put in the cheapest location right next to the panel and that was $1200. When I sent them away, they called back and said they could do $700. The second electrician I called quoted me $298 and did a timely and excellent job. Captain Electric also tried to upwell me on adding new panels making changes to electric panel inside the house which had nothing to do with the hot tub and I said "no". So none of this work was in the numbers above. Finally, they put a big sticker in my panel with their phone number so in an emergency they would be the first name i saw.
