My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. I'm convinced they only told us because my husband kept reaching out. There is no way I can find someone now that it's the middle of November. I believe in excellent customer service and effective communication- this situation failed in both areas. Super big bummer for us but most importantly- I hope this helps someone else think twice before committing to work with them.

They came out a couple of times to try and fix. It worked temporarily. Now my lights have not worked AT ALL for about 3 years. Called them again and was told they dont support the older ones and I would need to replace. They were happy to take $4k from me the first time and now want me to do it again. No thank you. When issues arise, repairs can take 6-8 weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. It is nearly impossible to speak with an actual person unless you have a very basic support question. For more serious problems, you're left waiting with little communication and no meaningful assistance. The product itself may look appealing, but the lack of responsive customer service and excessive repair delays make it difficult to justify the investment. There are many other companies offering similar products, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exploring those options instead.
