You can choose from many ingredients and each bowl is assembled fresh to order. You order on an iPad which takes a minute to choose from all the possible ingredients, the size of the bowl or choose from a preset combination, pay and then wait for your bowl (or smoothie) to be assembled. My best advice is to order in advance because two people hustled with pick up orders, walk ins and online orders. I waited about 25 minutes after adding two custom bowls to the TGTG order that sent me in. Every surface of the small store was immaculate. I looked around and wondered how intense the set up each morning would be, dicing and slicing strawberries, kiwi, mango etc. Palmetto Superfoods is a complex operation and the bowls were (chef's kiss) delicious.

They are also often out of certain ingredients (today the coconut milk syrup, previously GF oatmeal, blueberries, etc). Today there was only one poor person working trying to keep up with a long string of orders. I have never seen the same person here twice, so I imagine there is a lot of turn over. The workers are always very nice but seem frazzled. There is no ambience, it's two chipped benches that used to be white, a do not enter sign and basically nowhere to sit and eat.

First time, We ordered through their website. The store wasn't even open but we were allowed to place an order. We arrived and was like are you serious? Had to call customer service to get refunded. Today, we decided to give it another try because we really wanted to try their sandwiches. Placed an order the same way and yay the place was open! Walked in to check if the order was ready. The guy looked lost and confused. I said I had a pick up order. He said he doesn't even have a ticket! I told him what was the order. He then tells me he don't even have any turkey and their espresso machine is broken. Decided to just cancel the order entirely once again. If you plan to come here, better just going in person.

I get that it's a small place but outside it's in a wind tunnel on the side of the building and in the front the building blocks the sun so it's unfortunate if you get there in the afternoon bc you're enjoying your ice cream outside and it's cold and windy as hell.
